  1. Bills 16, raiders 11 Only 2nd time in history a game ends with that score, last weeks jets win over titans being the first. But whereas that game featured one safety factored into the 11 (safety + 3 FGs), this one will have 2 safety's and 1TD (pick 6). Raisers D will account for all 11 of their points, with bills D pitching a shutout Book it.
  2. Bears are stuck with him at least thru 2015. There's no way a team like Tennessee who will be able to draft a Mariota or Winston, with all that potential and at a fraction of the cost of cutler, will opt for cutler instead. And none of the other teams being floated about like bills or jets are stupid enough to take him off bears hands at that price. Bears are stuck paying him anyway, might as well keep him on the roster and let him compete with the likes of other scrubs like clausen
  3. It's a ridiculous proposition for the team. If they sign him and commit to $15mm, of course he will be on the roster day 3 which triggers the $10mm additional guarantee.
  4. Espn said the deal is $15mm guaranteed 2015 and if he's on the roster day 3 then another $10mm guarantee kicks in for 2016. Very savvy deal the way his agent crafted it. Bears are screwed, as would we if we insanely took him off their hands
  5. $25mm of cap space eaten up over next 2 years for this guy? Lol .... NFW!
  6. his lawyer will spin it he was just trying to do good by massaging the feet of an exhausted woman while adjusting his belt
  7. Id go with this for a last second game winner
  8. He blows. Did anyone see the pick he threw to Kyle Williams ? Lol. He's been to post season 1x in 9 years. And somehow he's the answer ? 2x lol. The WRs and run game he had in Chicago are better than what we have yet he's supposed to make ours work? 3x lol. And all that to blow up our cap space? 4x lol No freaking way. Absolutely no freaking way he's coming here
  9. Doesn't matter until 2015 season because it's impossible for bills to play another home game this season, even if they make the playoffs
  10. Too bad for them. IMO he's another jack del rio type .... decent DC, but brings nothing to the table as HC. Waste of newton's talents too
  11. Most stuff out of Hollywood. Creeps me out they spend those gargantuan sums of money and still produce complete crap most of the time
  12. Even though the record is bad the consensus (at least in media) is that Bradley has them headed in the right direction. Their key is bortles development and IMO they wouldn't want to upset that with a new coach and system for his second year. Also think gruden is quite safe in DC .... all things considered he's gotten the most out of what they have. There's a scenario where RG3 stays too. If Snyder thinks the more disciplinary approach of gruden is working better than coddling him, why not keep both? Snyder more than anything just wants to salvage RG3 and shouldn't care how it's done. Most likely the more important determinant on RG3's status is who they think they can draft at QB in round 1. If by some chance it's Mariota or Winston, I can see them moving on from RG3 (trade for 4th or 5th) and gruden looking forward to a fresh start with his own QB
  13. Shrimping an unconscious woman while punching the clown? What a weirdo if true
  14. >\%{%! Can't that team keep a MLB healthy?!!
  15. Especially since the bills-hating Walt Coleman crew will likely be out there protecting tommy for the post-season
  16. Thad Lewis may start for texans. Could he do his former team a huge favor and knock off the ravens ?
  17. well he looked in over his head as HC, made bonehead decisions, blew late leads, and lost his composure. I figure a "peter principle" kind of thing where DC was determined to be his best spot might be his label. But hey memories die fast when teams are desperate and talent pool is thin, and he's certainly looked the part this year ... in some ways, more than Marrone
  18. thats my greatest fear, with the usual 5-7 job openings and what doesnt appear a particularly deep candidate list, and the way our defense played this year and developed an identity, I could see him getting another shot. Then it's yet another off-season looking for a new DC.
  19. Buzz out of NY is that coughlin is back and that beckham saved him. They think with IRd starters back and another draft they're right back in it. Titans are horrid but I don't think they dump whisenhunt after a year, particularly if they get him a shiny new toy like Mariota
  20. If Walt Coleman's crew is announced for week 17 vs pats it's all over
  21. Which teams control their own wildcard destiny?
  22. Teams most likely to get rid of head coach: - jets (Ryan) - bears (trestman) - Miami (philbin) - 9ers (harbaugh) - raiders (Sparano) - Atlanta (smith) - panthers (Rivera) So that's potentially a pair of new head coaches in our division. Thoughts on who replaces them? Would McDaniel leave bellichick for a division rival? Seahawks DC gets one of them? A newly unemployed HC like Harbaugh? Who's the next "chip Kelly" coming out of college ranks?
  23. Orher than maybe Rex , I'd say he's the surest thing
  24. Why? We already can't complete a pass over 20 yards.
  25. Actually I read he came in and held up admirably. Id rather have the unknown in this guy than the known in fitz, that's for sure.
