That's my guess too, 2nd rounder. But even that could be problematic .... if we're offering him up for trade bait after a year what's the signaling effect? That we've concluded he's not that good? Or there's an injury concern? Remember last 1st rounder traded after his rookie season was Trent Richardson and that was a disaster for colts

Winston is a powerhouse out there. IMO he is the best prospect since luck by a mile. Right now it looks like ducks will win, but it's more about mistakes on defense and the fsu fumbles than a QB vs QB showdown.

Overall he's done a good job. Unfortunately his 2 most visible moves ... Draft EJ rd 1, trade 1st and 4th for Watkins ... are not panning out.

They had a good offense with a halfway decent OC in schottenheimer. Tony "wildcat" Sparano was horrible and morzenzwhieg (sp?) wasn't much better

Also with kiko coming back, bradbams development, and browns rookie season we suddenly find ourselves with a healthy core of LBs that should entice Rex. I could see him thinking he could mold our secondary into something special too, certainly better than jets sans Revis and Cro

Mine: Rex Ryan I know there are issues to get around like relationship with Schwartz and defense having 4-3 personnel, but I think that gets sorted out in favor of a guy who's had legit success against bellichick and knows other teams in the division well. Don't forget winning division is easiest way to make post season because it means beating just 3 other teams (ask panthers). Probably also somehow personal about sticking it to jets for allegedly courting marrone into option out. I say book it, Rex is coming here

Obviously hacketts gone so Schwartz is the question mark. Not sure he bolts if he's not HC however he may bolt simply because he doesn't like the new HC. One thing DM had going for him .... perhaps only thing .... is that he could get quality AC's to work for him.

Honestly who'd bother with him? Incremental bills success is all due to defense side of the ball.....where he's had little if any impact. Cut n run after 2 years would mean he's not at all loyal either. Maybe a game above .500 is a big deal at Syracuse and gets into a meaningless bowl. In the nfl it's sitting at home in post season
