  2. Seems to have gotten over it pretty quickly
  3. Thought it was a catch. He had control and took multiple steps. Once he advanced with it I would have the "control thru the ground" criteria didn't apply and it was just like a normal fumble.
  4. Agree, van halen much better with DLR than Hagar
  5. Bills are in win-now mode. 5 years was just the leverage an experienced coach was able to get from a team pursuing him. Neither side will sit there and say "we may keep losing the next couple years so let's cut a deal around it"
  6. Completely bogus analogy. But from the defender of BountyGate I'm not surprised
  7. No this just exploited a wrinkle no one else had thought of because no one else stoops that low. Theybe been desparate ever since their spy cameras were taken away
  8. Legal or not, it was abusive. Not allowing the defense to know who the eligible receivers are is pure crap. No one else has done it because its a garbage move and only one team even thinks that way and stoops to tbat level.
  9. He's still inaccurate at times and I don't think that will ever change. But still he's better than Orton and now that he's been around long enough he's the perfect vet to come in and compete with EJ.
  10. Every time I want to respect this team they remind me not to. Complete abuse of the rules and just shows what theyre all about. Another tarnished season that ends with an "*"
  11. "Yer blamin' me cuz Casserly said my ex job was yours if you wanted?"
  12. Its crap and shouldnt be allowed. Pure pre-snap trickery. Adds nothing to the game and detracts from what fans really want to see: players playing the game on the field. Not standing around looking confused.
  13. Love it, perfect hire. Made the early call on this after I went thru the candidates last week. Knows the division, knows how to beat bellichick (should have swept pats last year, will IMO with the better talent on our roster next year). Players love the guy, great for morale. Will usher out pats reign of dominance in the division. Rex + Roman/trestman certainly better than marrone + hackett. Should translate into a few more wins next season = first time in a long time I really feel confident about our playoff chances for the upcoming season
  14. steady diet of wings + blue cheese + genny cream will blow off those wings
  15. mike tomlin over rated IMO. that team will really suffer now

  17. Interesting stuff on cam. Maybe he's like ej and tends to overthrow on the run. Cant imagine him running too wild on the legion of boom with chancellor, Thomas and sherman either. But the offset is that he seemed to be clicking better with his WRs last week, involving more of them in the offense. Part of those stats have to be accounted for by WRs not coming back to the ball and helping him out when he's out of the pocket.
  18. People who drive when they could use public transportation yet complain about co2 and global warming
  19. Rex Ryan HC Trestman OC Sanchez in free agency EJ and Sanchez compete for starter Keep Schwartz and this combo gets us more wins than last year, which probably means playoffs.
  20. Let's see if I can get some redemption this week: PATS over Ravens - week off, more balanced team PANTHERS over Seattle - crazy hunch here even though I really like Seattle's D and don't respect Rivera as a coach. But I think Cam gained confidence last week, and if he can avoid turnovers can give Seattle's D trouble. Also think Kuechly will be a factor in containing both Beast and Wilson's scrambling. Panthers have nothing to lose, will play loose. DENVER over Colts - Luck is great but not good enough to overcome his teams weak defense on the road. Could be a blow out like when Colts went to Dallas PACKERS over Dallas - Pack just too tough at home. Dallas relatively conservative offense won't be able to keep up.
  21. Givens: 1. Watkins is a good player 2. ODB is better 3. We overpaid for Watkins Debatable: 1. ODB is better but how much better? IMO a lot better 2. Should we have known we could have waited, kept our 2015 picks, and @9 gotten someone better like ODB or someone also in the mix like Benjamin? 3. Was it wise to pay that much for a WR in the first place?
