Does it matter? In this so called technological age they are becoming scarse. That was my point. And no I don't use a library, I am no longer in school and don't have a need for the dewey decimel system.

Number 36 puts that lump in your throat. Some unbelievable imagery. The military ones always get to me.

I am more shocked that there are still librarians...

Bradham is a perfect MLB. Seek and destroy were his strengths at FSU.

Famous people you've seen in person
BUFFALOTONE replied to truth on hold's topic in Off the Wall Archives
That was my next question to you besides and Bobby D stories. I would rather meet a famous Chef than celebrity. Any decent stories regarding some of the more famous ones? I feel like Collichio is a cool, I have met Emeril (nice dude). I am not sure if you consider Fieri a good Chef or not but my Uncle met him in Atlantic City and he was a hell of a nice guy... -
VY has a great arm? Really? Says who?The guy floats everything, no thanks would rather see Fitz struggle than VY throw ducks all over the place.

South Korea gets it right

A bullet works much better or a Louisville slugger. Just my opinion.... -
I don't have high hopes for Merriman but if he can sub in here and there and make a big play it is well worth it. He doesn't need to be an every down player. It is so important to have fresh pass rushers at the end of a close game. Which are normally the case with us. Nothing worse than watching Brady with the ball and 1:30 on the clock.

Well, the best ones start with a round of golf, if you dont golf then find another activity. Then throw down on a nice poker game. If you dont play poker then I dont know what to tell you. The best man should always reserve transportation to the strip club. If you dont like golf, poker or strippers than I wouldnt want to hang out with you or give any solid advice.

I live in Plantation and watch the games at my house or Landlubbers on Sunrise and Pine Island. There is always a smattering of Bills fans there. And sad lonely fins fans....

CBS Sports 2013 Mock draft?
BUFFALOTONE replied to Beastly Dareus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree and this is coming from a lifetime Noles fan. I am setiously hoping he puts it together this year. I see us around 18-24 in next years draft. And if we for some readon pick 2 we should teade everything for Barkley. -
Hasselbeck vs Hoge on the Saints
BUFFALOTONE replied to Maury Ballstein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Vilma actions were categorized under conduct unbecoming that in turn leaves the sole power of judge and jury up to the commissioner and that was agreed upon by Mo Smith and the NFLPA. Had it been any other type of incident Art Shell and Ted Cottrell would have been included as mediators to discuss the punishment for infractions committed. That being said the league makes way too much money and hasty show that they are protecting the players and that they are no turning a blind eye or softening on these issues which could lead to permanent brain or career ending injuries. It was a just punishment and has been under review for years. -
Hasselbeck vs Hoge on the Saints
BUFFALOTONE replied to Maury Ballstein's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agree on all accounts. Hback was trying to steer his arguement away from the main questions regarding Vilma and to the process of the NFLPA and the league. The players signed the CBA stating Goodell was the judge and jury, end of story. You cannot argue any further. You know what you signed, deal with it for 9 more years. The players make the league go round and get paid handsomely to do so, Hoge mad a great point regarding how quick they are to complain about being in pads but wouldn't stick their necks out for their "fellow players" nean while the first guy to take a dirty shot and gets injured will point to the bounty scandle and sue the league eventually. That is why they had to come down so hard. -
The shark is popular but pricy. Don't fall for the pricier the better. Depending on your pool size I have a 15000 gal pool and don't use one.

RD 4, Pick #105: LB Nigel Bradham - FSU
BUFFALOTONE replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
20 year FSU fan here. Got to watch every game last year. NB is extremely talented and should have been a first rounder but with a few scheme changes and his own knucklehead behavior it cost him. He's a big hitter and has a nose for the ball. Very instinctual but a little stiff. Does not sift thru the trash well, he is 1 st round talent when you combine all the positives, can be Cowart 2.0 but faster and bigger. -
RD 2, Pick #41: OT Cordy Glenn - Georgia

I love how his feet are always moving. Needs to stop over extending but carries his weight well. Good pick guys with the right coaching he should be solid for a loooong while. -

DRAFT NIGHT PARTIES NEXT THURSDAY
BUFFALOTONE replied to shoretalk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
She already gave me the go ahead so its not really a choice. We have been married for 4 and together for 10 so she knows how I feel about the draft and football. We were married on the year we drafted McKelvin. Friggin Jauron.... 9 out 10 she will be asleep anyways so I will be up watching it myself. But if I am there than I don't catch the heat. -
good call.

DRAFT NIGHT PARTIES NEXT THURSDAY
BUFFALOTONE replied to shoretalk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am going to wait until it gets closer...good advice though from everyone. Including the guy who told me to ready my divorce papers. The thing is normally she is in bed by 9 from chasing the 2 year old and being at the end of the first tri-mester....dare I wait till she goes to sleep to slip out to the party? Does that make me an epic POS? Also, the air n sea show is that weekend and 3 buddies have a hotel for the weekend on FT Lauderdale beach. I have already gotten the go ahead to attend. I am thinking of just staying home and not pushing my luck. -
DRAFT NIGHT PARTIES NEXT THURSDAY
BUFFALOTONE replied to shoretalk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thursday is my anniversary. I told my wife who is 3 months pregnant with #2 that I was going to skip the draft party this year. She asked why, I said it falls on our anniversary. She said she didn't want to go anywhere or do anything and that I should go.....as I sat there stunned, I muttered , "meh i don't really care to go anyway" I think this is a trap of epic proportions. What should I do TDB.....and yes advice is needed for once....
