While I like Stevie the harsh reality is he is not a #1 WR, even in this offense with Fitz throwing him the ball.He doesn't take over games or make the big cathces for first downs or TD for that matter. Last game he dropped a pass that hit him in stride for a 1st down that would have let us run out the clock. #1s make that play. He is a very good Wr but in this system and with all of the other issues holding him back he will always be a #2.

The only thing he and Chan have in common is age. Hire this man immediately. He was great in Pburg and Indy. I want one thing for Christmas and that is a competent coach and front office. Or I can pray to hit the lottery, win/win.

The guy can throw it down field amd make the tough throwa, the deep outs and so forth. He can drop it in a bucket as well. I am not so sure that is a huge concern, but I am not a scout. Palmer played at USC and did well in the cold. Its not like evrygame we play is sub freezing weather. You would look at his hand size and arm strength at that point. besides the most important part an OL. They have two great WRs outside of that its negligable, Kiffin had to sell the Penn State RB to come there because they did not have the depth. They were hurt by sanctions the past few years as well. As for the QB history, he has been there 4 years, longer than Sanchez who started 17 games and Carol even said was not ready for the NFL and Palmer who played 3 and looked unbelievable when he came out. I just think Barkley is the real deal and will be a good prospect, hes done well for 3 years. This year he took his lumps.

If anyone watched WV this season you know there is no way Smith is ready to be an NFL QB. The system he plays in is terrible and has way too many bad habits to warrant drafting high. Barkely is a stud that played behind a patchwork OL at best this year. He forced alot of throws and made some bad decisions, that being said he outplayed Luck last year for the majority of the season and his deciding to come back hurt his stock. If he falls to us I will be chomping at the bit to get him. His stock will soar as the offseason progresses. Either Teo or Barkley, follow it up with either USC WR and Im a happy man.

Geno smith #1?? Keenan Allen at 11? Teo is a top 5 pick we don't have a chance there. How is Barkley out of the first?? This guy is a top 10 QB his OL is deplorable. He's been getting destroyed all year.

Not even close. The kid was standing in line at the concessions stand. And YEs, 20-30 year olds are grown men they circled around the kid and pointed and chanted AZZ Hole. If it was a grown man I would not have bothered to tell the story. Maybe the kids parents were using the bathroom and he was holding their place in line. Why are you trying to blame the parents, unless you are one of those fans who condones that behavior. This happened in a 30 second span as I was standing 5 feet away.

I was at the Bills/FIns game in OP about 5 years ago, there was a kid maybe 12-13 years old standing at the concession line wearing a Culpepper jersey when a group of Bills fans in the mid 20's or so circled him and chanted !@#$. I walked in between them and told them to take off. Of course they run their mouths as they walk away, this poor kid looked like he was going to cry. I told him they were just scumbags and dont worry about it. I was never more embarrassed to be a Bills fan than I was that day.

Fred is def not himself, wether it was the injury last year or this year he doe not seem to have that burst. He used to fall forward for 4 yard gains that looked like 1 yard losses. He seems hesitant, its probably not his fault but Spiller needs to get the bulk with Freddie spelling him. He is still a weapon but needs to be used as such.

Am I the only one who yells at the screen because our safeties give 0 int he way of run support? This guy did a great job of identifying it. Johnson is 190 lbs soak and wet and we dont come up and hit him? Its not Gore, Ridley or Green. Holy **** balls are we soft. From top to bottom. HE could always hit but semed hesitent in the scheme, now he just runs down hill and takes chances with the best front 7 in football.

Everyone plays hurt, stop trying to justify his lack of production. He should have at least 5Qb pressures and a sack a game. A guy with his past talent and ability this is ridiculous. The scheme is terrible, granted they could throw a blitz in Marios direction to free up a miss match or force a blown assignemnt, the guy is severly lacking confidence. Until we drop the Vanilla defense and grab our balls and throw some blitzes at the opposing offenses we will only beat the subpar coached teams and talent. Hate to break it to you guys but we are sub par as well. That is why sneaking a wildcard is our best option. We don't have the coaching or the talent to match up witht he better teams.
