  1. You remember Graham, Gronk and Hernandez??? Outliers?
  2. I don't see it. I watch a ton of Miami games being in Lauderdale and the guys flashes but isn't close to the Hernandez level as mentioned above (minus the homicides). Tannehill is very inconsistent but that could be attributed to their OL play. Clay is a decent TE but def 2nd tier and shouldn't get that huge pay day. He's the best of a bad situation. And timing is right for him to get paid. But I will gladly eat my words.
  3. I believe he was transitioned, which means MIA has 7 days to match the offer by any team.
  4. the guy gets concussed putting his pads on, talented tho.
  5. Everyone is interested in Suh but the Miami radio stations were squaking about it yesterday. They don't have the cash unless they don't re-sign Pouncey and apparently are working on a Tannehill ext.
  6. Mostly in front of him. But not beneath...
  7. I agree and I am a huge FSU fan. Duke can do it all, he showed the ability playing behind a bad OL and marginal QB play. Will be a hell of a get in round 2.
  8. You have Richie pegged waaaay wrong. His team mates loved him in Miami and they did everything to sweep it under the rug. Martin was a pampered baby from the beginning and the OL coach for Miami wanted RI and the other guys to toughen him up. They didn't beat him, they didn't make him do things he didn't want to do. RI is your typical meat head and if anyone has spent time in any locker room HS, college or pro there is always 1 maybe 2. Ever hear the stories of Warren Sapp??? I implore you to google.
  9. She's on the air here in Miami and is unbearable to listen too. She actually said Grimes was a top 5 player in the league. And the co host had an excellent reply " he's not top 25".... If that. Safe to say it was radio silence. She news to find a hobby because she's embarrassing herself and her husband That's blondies, right next to the elbo room. Great spot for an afternoon drunk.
  10. Because the Falcons suck and they weren't caught twice already. They also aren't relevant....so there is that.
  11. I don't see him as a HOFer. He's on the border line for me personally.
  12. Well written. Very few coaches have success with their first stop as the head guy. Baltimore not making him the HC doesn't amount to much if you ask me. Rex admitted in the presser that he was going to learn from the mistakes he made in NY. But the guy had you one game from the promise land twice. Tannanbaum IMO ruined you guys with his signings of Holmes and Edwards offensively. There was never any continuity and the defense basically out grew the offense. It's still solid but now will switch cultures with Bowles. He's a good hire and I wish the Jets luck. Only AFC east time i don't hate.
  13. Over rated IMO, serviceable but not dominant in the least. No chance he gets in...
  14. What else would it be? Well, he wasn't wrong about Tebow...
  15. I love Fred but he's a shell of himself. He will look good for 2-3 games next year when the legs are fresh and that will be it. He's a leader that's why he'll stay, but we need to dump Brown, re-sign CJ and draft a RB, dime a dozen. I agree with the Shanahan link, from what I have heard he is the guy.
  16. That's the gift that keeps on givin Clark
  17. The bigger point being missed is they didn't run gimmick offenses. It was all pro set at USC and Stanford. Kelly's offense like spread QBs won't sustain in the NFL.
  18. It was pretty evident when he went out of the game. I believe they had something like 10 rushing yards? The guy is a space eater and pushes the middle better than anyone in the league, and yes better than Richardson IMO. Give him a deal and lock him up. Just hope he didn't do this in a semi contract year, you know how these guys get once they are paid.
  19. That was on Schawrtz....you rush 3 on 3rd and a mile against a rookie QB? Please someone explain this to me.
  20. When you intentionally impede the defender instead of running a route, that is why it is hardly called.
  21. Wrong, the definition of a pick is interfering with a defensive player without attempting to run a route, Sammy was running a route.
  22. Watching Orton try and scramble is like watching Burt Reynolds in the last 20 seconds of the original longest yard. At least EJ gives us that weapon of having to use a LBer to spy. It would be great if he could read a flipping defense though.
  23. From the 50 yard line on the Bills side about 8 rows up. Got em for FREEEE! LETS GO BUFFALO!!!
