  1. I heard Scott was the second gunmen on the grassy knoll..... Scott's alter ego....the one blowing up the press conferences.
  2. All good points. And I touch on my original point initially that the leadership is bad and needs vast improvement. Terry is no stranger to success and failure I am sure, maybe his reluctance to face the music comes from being so green in the NFL. I can't imagine he would have issues speaking to the Heads of the EPA and other govt entities. Hopefully this improves with time.
  3. Yea, I am always a bit leery of the Alabama guys. They all play on a veritable all star team on both sides of the ball. Once they are at the next level some don't seem to shine.
  4. I see what you're saying but a lot of that comes from the people above him in all likely hood telling him to tow the line. Don't say anything we can't deny in the end essentially. Our pressers give new meaning to the word vague.
  5. Simple and to the point. Not everything has to be a witch hunt. We have sucked for many, many years. It's a leadership issue from the start as with any successful team, organization, company or lemonade stand. You need strong, smart people at the top. The Bills haven't had this for some time. We put band aids on bullet wounds and believe the window dressing is what will carry them over that hump. I give you guys in the press a lot of credit, I don't pretend to know one iota of your craft but it's got to be hard creating narrative for such a debacle day in and day out.
  6. Did he design the game plan every week and was in charge of drafting and player development? I fail to see what affect he had on the field. Maybe day to day press issues but otherwise I don't see the big deal....out with the old in with the new.
  7. Where you have Allen slotted is a bit of a reach. I don't see how he makes it out of the top 5-7.
  8. I'd love this....besides the Cook part, not a fan.
  9. Agree with the above, to add Mahomes doesn't line up under center either. That's a big issue.
  10. Oh man, I've blocked all these names out through years of therapy... it all started flooding back with Trentative Checkwards and JP Losman leading the charge. John McCargo anyone?
  11. Again, where were the words upgrade? I said I liked his potential.
  12. That's mainly the reason Miami cut him. He's breaking down, knee, wrist back, ankle. No thanks.
  13. Where did I say upgrade? I like his potential over what I have seen from him in the right system. The Rams were a dumpster fire when he was there. There is a reason why Reid grabbed him.
  14. How about all the plays Tyrod misses with his lack of vision and anticipation? The fact that he panics and scrambles, throws late and it either sails or is thrown out of reach cause of bad foot work. Watching the playground QB was fun, the shine is off now and it's time to find a new QB. I'd take Foles potential over what I have or haven't seen Tyrod do at this point.
  15. This is intriguing on many fronts. I liked his style of play in Philly and believe he got a raw deal with Kelly. Him sitting at KC has probably done him some good.
  16. I'm confused... are there other coaches out there talking? Believe the season is over and the grind begins. Shouldn't here a peep until mid march or later.
  17. The Fins are high on Zach Brown. That's their guy once FA opens. Expect him to see a quick offer.
  18. What are you watching? Velocity is great.....but Velocity+ Accuracy+ Anticipation+Pocket Awareness is something he does not have. Akili Smith, Jeff George, Todd Marinovich, Michael Vick, Vince Young, Matt Leinart...and the list goes on and on, all had very strong arms. How did that work out? Vick is the exception with his athleticism as it would mask bad plays. Tyrod is one in the same but is trying to be a pocket passer and simply does not have the ability. He either doesn't see the field or panics and breaks out to the pocket to throw those circus deep balls you're talking about. And besides, that's one of the easiest passes to make in football. Benoit's take was spot on IMO.
  19. Fair market value John. He obviously has a number he believes he's worth and so do the Bills. The courting phase is over, what you see is what you get at this point. There maybe moments up and down that surprise the fan base but growth is done. I don't dislike the guy, like I said great back up.
  20. Then you work out a long term deal. But he didn't, there were a lot of variables that attributed to his poor play but the guy just doesn't see the field... and you can't teach that at this point. He sat behind Flacco for 4 years and still can't lead an open WR. He can go through progression but even that is hit and miss. At his age and level giving a running QB a long term deal is tantamount to throwing money away. He's an excellent backup but not THE guy. I got a feeling we will be very similar to KC, great defense and ST. Solid running game and a QB that can move the chains and plays the odds. Tyrod may be able to fit that mold but I see more of a guy in a heavy west coast system.
  21. They want $100 for this thing on Amazon... what the hell.
  22. Great point right there.
  23. Sober...this guy was literally drinking in South Beach a week ago.
  24. Should have wrote that letter 15 years ago and inserted any coaches name in the blank....
