  1. Bingo....I was paying upwards of $250 a month and I have had the entire movie and sports packages for 5 years. If you don't call up and ask for a break you're either rich, lazy or stupid....
  2. I am not saying he isn't a nice guy....I am speaking of his career. He was a good RB out of ND and then ballooned and became a 300 lb RB....I know hes had over 10,000 yards rushing but nearly cost the steelers a SB when he fumbled in the AFC champ game against Indy. A game where Willy Parker was the workhorse.
  3. I call every 6 motnhs and get my bill cut in half without fail. takes about 10 minutes start to finish. Dont whine and complain, just say I want to speak with customer retention - the most I have paid for the ticket is $140 for the year. I feel bad for the guys who are paying full price.
  4. Bettis was more like 275-280. I cant stand him, beyond over rated IMO.
  5. against horrific big12 talent. Not a real bench mark for me. And the kid doesn't play under center.....at all. That doesn't worry you?
  6. Agree 100%. There deficiencies get masked by the talent around them on defense. When they get to the next level a lot of them can't adjust and don't have the talent.
  7. He may not have that many suitors, he's toxic in the locker room when things go wrong. He needs strong personalities on the roster to reign him in.
  8. What the hell, I'm in. I see SDS's Big Beautiful Firewall has been penetrated by Bills fans. Welcome all.
  9. He's got terrible form in his golf swing.....
  10. I believe the Texans as well. Especially if Romo decides to sign there. That would be two yuge pick ups.
  11. I don't disagree but the guys you're naming are tops in the league and have above average to stellar QB play. Besides Sammy the rest of our corps our WRS3 every where else.
  12. Does anyone remember Willis McGahee? I got his knee bent 90 degrees the other way in January and was drafted by the joke of an organization 4 months later....knowing he would not be ready. They drafted him for the potential he could bring. Same with Lawson.
  13. When I looked up his measurebles it read 5'11, but I digress. So cause they are a ham sandwich apart you draw comparisons to the best WR in the game. Ok, how about the fact that Brown lines up outside more than he does in the slot. We need a solid #2 possession WR. Not a small gadget player. And btw, 3 inches is Yuuuuuuuge
  14. It's no use in harping on this.. he feels wronged cause he wasn't aware of the injury. We are obviously making this up.
  15. That's the point I was trying to make originally with Badol's shoulder comments. It sounded as if he was surprised by it.
  16. Guys, I am not doubting that. They guy wore a shoulder brace all year and toughed it out so he wouldn't miss the post season. It was public knowledge he had a bad shoulder and played that way all year. Don't shoot the messenger, I'm just sayin.
  17. Welp, that settles that.
  18. Brown is 4 inches taller, faster and a better route runner. Terrible comparison. Sadly yes, I will admit that. a 6'6 guy who can run. Who knew he was that bad.
  19. another 5'7 WR, its about time we come full circle on the Roscoe Parrish image.....and before someone says what about Welker.....he had Brady....Brady.
  20. No it wasn't, maybe cause I'm a Nole fan and follow the ACC more closely but it was an issue that had to be addressed after the season by surgery. It wasn't really a secret, that's why I wasn't really shocked when Schefter reported it. My thought was the guy was a beast with one wing, how good could he be with two.
  21. How was this a secret? He played the National Title game that year and said he needed shoulder surgery post season. Then it magically healed for the draft and then.....uh oh he re-injured it signing his contract.
  22. Thankfully you are nowhere near making personnel decisions....
  23. and drew brees. Awesome Seinfeld reference. Mickey!!!
  24. Buddy, what are you talking about? John was more than fair in his assessment that this change in the organization doesn't have one iota to do with the product on the field. He wasn't campaigning to keep Scott where he is either. I believe you need to go re-read the posts in this thread. Again, LEADERSHIP is the reason for dysfunction. It was Scott's job for 30 years to manage that dysfunction in the public eye. The initial message in this thread was him stepping down would be huge for the team. Free agents come here for the money and opportunity, if anyone thinks they look at the media response and how they are viewed in the public makes a shiiit bit of difference you are sorely mistaken. Two years from now when we win the press conferences and the fans are happy buying into whatever they are being told - will that make a top flight free agent stop and say "those Bills pressers and media relations is why I want to be a part of the team". We are all Bills fans, we will all continue to support them regardless of the dysfunction, if not we all wouldn't be here tapping on a key board.
