Watching the best damn sports show because I couldnt sleep, the host asks the panel of geniuses. So who wins the Brady Quinn sweepstakes this year the Jets or the Bills? Glazer throws in 2 pennies and says and I quote" the Bills organization is terrible from the ownership downto the players ,JP is not the answer and they will draft Brady next year". Ok I know theres alot of threads about guys complaining about reporters but to say that we are worse than the Jets and that Ralph and Marv our totally incapable of running a team is ignorant and stupid. Jay Glazer needs to get off of Terrell Owens nuts and do some real research. Why dont these guys actually add some substance to this show and stop blowing frontrunners. An original thought would be ideal.

I am not sure if was injured but he was a damn good LB in his day and would not be a bad pickup if he is still healthy. I know the new regime likes theguys they have but it doesnt hurt to have another vet presence on the field. We all know tko is coming back to full strength but it wouldnt hurt to add some vet depth. What do you guys think?

Not gonna happen. Royal has looked great in camp and it would be a shot at him to grab a TE who has underachieved to say the least. He had one solid year and since then has fizzled.

What really gets me is that when JK threw a pick it never deturred him from throwing the same pass to the same guy in the same spot. JK had alot of resolve so did marino and all the greats did. Thats how you earn respect and confidence from your teammates. I forgot who said it but to play QB you have to be completely fearless if not you start questioning yourself and so does everyone else. If JP can gain confidence he can be a great QB. Until then he will be mediocre.

I ahve a problem with the fact that recently every media moron has said that JP is inching close to bust status. How is this even possible? Dont you have to play badly for a couple of years to even be considered a bust. I mean cmon Harrington, Leaf, Akili Smith these guys are genuine busts. JP has played in a total of 8 games. He hasnt even compiled a whole season. Give this kid some room to fu-- up before anyone calls him a bust. The media was willing to give the other 3 plenty of leeway why not give it to this kid. IMO.

Talking about rookies in camp and how if they act up that the veterans never hesitated to put them in there place. Jim had a great swagger about him, if JP learns anything from anyone its to have some sac on the fiels ala JK. If he displays some balls the others will follow and that will create more confidence.

I also heard that Branch was in talks with the Fins. Supposedly they were talking about sending Traylor and a draft pick. With the addition of Wilkinson would have to think that Tralor is expendable but this is only a rumor. That is the last team I want tosee Branch sign with

I actully played against Davy in the playoffs my soph. year in high school. He torched us pretty good in the first half, but we shut him down on the 2nd. ended up loosing by 2 on a bu-- sh-- call. I remember watching film the week of the game and one play he was being chased rolled out the opposite way and threw a 50 yard bomb to the WR in stride, it was pretty impressive. I remember the coach rewinding the play over and over. I like his size and mobility, supposedly his knock is he isnt that smart. But he is a great athlete, also a 2 sport star at LSU.

Thats your opinion and you are entitled to it. But lets look at it a different way. We have gotten rid of the old and the cancers. Moulds, as good a career as he had here is at the end of his rope, Adams pretty much dogged it the whole year you could see how ineffective he was w/o Pat next to him. lawyer was a decent player but way too slow and predictable. The old regime had the lockerroom split in half, anyone who has ever played an organized sport knows that if something occupies the lockerroom it carries onto the field. The new regime has created a sense of leadership and is letting the best players play which we will all see the difference come Sundays. We may not be the most talented but we will be the hardest working team thats what ML and Dj bring and Meat head couldnt. He was too busy trying to reconstruct the statue of liberty. Oh yeah we also have the #1 ST unit in the league and our best player on defense returning. I think we will be alot better than most people want to give us credit for.

Yeah like we actually had a legitimate shot at getting TO. I know he is a cancer but I dont think there is a team in the league who would not take him.

I have a question. I once called a guy a moron and get a waning that next time I would be out. This guy has said some things that were completely classless and he still continues to post. Thought we were cleaning this place up. Its not like he has anything smart or factual to bring to the table. He created the same thread 3 times. Just my thoughts.

Are you serious? This guy has put up consistantly good numbers and was the MVP of the SBa few years back. If you honsestly wouldnt take this guy on your team than you dont know the first thing about football guy. Get a clue.

Release PP and some other clowns take a small hit and sign the guy to something to the tune of 5 yrs 23 mil and 13 mil guaranteed. If not he would definetly be a candidate for the Eagles who desparatly need a receiver.

I agree. He would fit in nicely with our new system. Plus he may get a chip on his shoulder for being shunned by the Patsies. I would be willing to trade a second round pick for a proven WR and a super bowl MVP to boot. This guy would add a great dimension to our passing game.

This is great for my fantasy pick of Chad Jackson. Also lets hope they work something out to get him in another division or maybe make him a Bill. Wishful thinking.
