All Peyton Manning, all the time!
Heels20X6 replied to thewildrabbit's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Denver's defense was amazing last year and that was with Elvis Dumerville out most of the year. Not much of difference imo. -

The Merriman tweet to VJackson

Actually no. He spelt it correctly. And PWNED you at the same time. Deal with it. -
As others have mentioned, I wait with bated breath for the release of the Dark Knight Rises. Christopher and his brother have set the standard from which all superhero/action films need to be measured against. They proved that the super hero genre can be cerebral and not just fancy explosions and a plot written by a six-year-old (or Michael Bay). I'd say that there isn't a more bankable director in Hollywood right now than Christopher Nolan. Think of every film he's done and the success he's had. I can't wait to see what he does with Superman.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. Bruce and the E-Street opened the show and they were amazing. I though Bruno Mars was great too, nice little throwback to classic Motown. Then the show sucked fierce until Adele came on and reminded people that talent can sometimes overcome crappy commercialism. I'm not a big fan of her kind of music but her talent is undeniable. She has a remarkable voice. My favorite part of the performance was the end where they panned across her "contemporaries" and they all had this look of: "F***, she just made us all look like sh**."

Consider me Lin-sane in the membrane. I will be tuning into the Raptors-Knicks game this Tuesday. I tried to get tickets but they sold out on Saturday immediately after Lin's massive game against the Lakers. TO has a large Asian population that will be tuning in en masse for this.

Probably the guys who worked the Super Bowl.

Brady admits to throwing the ball away
Heels20X6 replied to section122's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So the ref made the correct call and you're questioning why he didn't decide to not make the call because there was a risk he could be wrong? Um...yeah. -
Possibly the greatest guitar riff of all time?

Whaaa? I don't think that's Sabbath's best riff! Paranoid is my choice. -
FJ and CJ: Utility or Futility?
Heels20X6 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Gailey would get his head out of his arse, his entire offense would be built around BOTH these backs and not having Fitzpatrick tossing up 35+ attempts per game. Fred is your bruiser and CJ should be your screens/catching back similar to how New Orleans uses Pierre Thomas and Darren Sproles. CJ should be our Sproles. But of course, our "Megamind" is intent on shelving the run EVEN when it's working because he thinks he's the smartest man in the room. As you can tell, I'm not a big fan of Gailey's playcalling. Towards the end of the year, it was outright dreadful. -
Fell for it too. You got me you son of a gun...you got me.

Tough to say because Peyton is has been rarely in a position to try and win a big game with 2 minutes left on the clock. The closest would be the comeback against the Pats in the AFC Championship where he drove them downfield and they got the go ahead touchdown. The only thing you can unequivocally say is that Eli is a big game QB and like Rodney Harrison said: in the last two minutes of a game, if I had to give the ball to Brady or Eli, I'm picking Eli. Eli is probably one of the most clutch QBs to ever play the game. Dude has ice water running through him. He's unflappable.

Actually, they did. The one year they won the Super Bowl. Bob Saunders and the rest of the Colts D were amazing that year and, in my opinion, were the reason they actually won the Super Bowl. Peyton was very average in the big game.

Wifey stands up for poor wittle Tom Tom
Heels20X6 replied to The Big Cat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
For B) no, she didn't tell them to go f#@# themselves. If she did, I don't think it would have been a problem. Instead, she decided to open her mouth and throw Tommy's teammates under the bus for her little bitty boo's loss. With your incorrect example, how do you think Bills fans would feel if after a loss and some Cowboy fans decide to heckle Mrs. Kelly, she decides to blame Andre Reed for her husband's poor performance in the clutch. That is what she did here and you can dam well know that Tommy's teammates aren't happy to hear his wife blame their peers. You think Welker is pleased to know Giselle thinks its HIS fault they lost? -
Ladies and Gentlemen, your Super Bowl Halftime Show
Heels20X6 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Next year, they should get an arena rocker out there. AC/DC for the win. If not them, get a band like Motley Crue or Kiss. Bands that pride themselves on their "showiness". They will translate well at the Super Bowl level. One show that's not being mentioned as really good. Prince. I thought he killed it out there. -

The obsession that some people have with thinking people are obsessed about Brady THE DAY AFTER THE SUPERBOWL HE PLAYED IN is weird. -

The prophecy has already been fulfilled. They have one together. Marcia has inexplicably spawned two altogether. Though I think the first one is kept with minimal contact with the father to try and save him. -

And how many of those comebacks happened in the second half? Once teams figured out Chan's offense, it was all downhill from there. The poster you responded to is correct. -
Oh yah? NO ONE is looking for you.

Nike uniform unveiling discussion
Heels20X6 replied to Wayne Cubed's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think what you're posting is exactly why there was such an uproar over SOPA. Many felt that placing the onus on site administrators was unfair. In this case, it would be the government blaming SDS and TBD for the actions of forum users. As of now, the government can't do that. Even the case against MegaUpload will be a contentious one where the government has to prove that DotCom willingly knew that his users were using his site to illegally upload pirated material. -
She, BJ Novak and the actor who plays Toby are actually the principal writers and have been for a very long time. Her character has been reduced because she actually took on an active role behind the camera, directing and producing many episodes over the past two seasons. Girl is talented. * Correction - she's actually the executive producer now.
