New England Patriots caught deflating game balls

Something tells me that with your line of thinking, you were deprived some necessary air pressure at birth... "Durr! Stop pickin' on the Patriots! The Bills suck that's why!" -
I wish St. Doug had a twitter account so I could chirp him on it.

Football Karma working it's magic on Doogie. He'll be coaching running backs in the CFL if this keeps up!

Bills ST assistant John Anselmo defends Marrone
Heels20X6 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jeez Doogie, you still have an account here? Maybe you should be boning up for your interviews since you botched the Jets one so badly and spending less time on the internet. P.S. Doug Marrone is mediocrity defined. Hope he signs with Atlanta and cuts Matt Ryan so he can start his boy toy Mr. Intensity Kyle Orton. -
Ex Syracuse assistant coach rips Marrone.

When did Doug's agent start an account here at 2BD? Doug can go **** himself. I hope he ends up blowing all his money in lousy real estate deals and ends up homeless like George Constanza's gym teacher. -
Joe B just lost all credibility, Part II
Heels20X6 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Cam Newton had a ton of question marks about his character coming out of the draft too. Now saying that, I think he's been an average QB at best and I see Winston's career having a similar trajectory. Strong arm, mobile, good, but not great. I.e. Not worth trading up and giving up what Joe B is saying we should trade. Dareus is already an all-pro. -
Michael Sam: a lot of other gay NFL players
Heels20X6 replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There were rumors that hounded Vince Young too. I had read one theory that his massive drop in play from his rookie year to the next season was the release of those pictures of him at a certain club that caused him undue stress. As much as we all like to say: "no one cares about your sexuality" there is a large collection of NFL players who would NOT be cool having a gay teammate. Homosexuality is very frowned upon in the African American community too. -
He'll go to the Saints, put up huge numbers like Sproles did in that offense with Brees, and this board will be split with "We never used him properly!" and "he never did this in Buffalo!" camps. See: Lynch, Marshawn

Sure as heck didn't learn that in Oakland last week...

How about Marc Trestman as OC?
Heels20X6 replied to Mister Defense's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed. Sanchez is just younger, more Latino version of Kyle Orton... -
How about Marc Trestman as OC?
Heels20X6 replied to Mister Defense's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They had the highest scoring offense the year before. Trestman is known for his ability to groom young QBs. We could do worse than having him on board to work with EJ and whomever the FO decides to draft at QB this year. -
Maybe try pulling your head out of yours and understand that Orton didn't do anything to help the Bills win football games.
-
"Hi, you've reached joesixpack, President of the Kyle Orton Fan Club, if you're here to talk about the KC game, please do not mention his 29.3 QBR or the 259 yards he threw on 49 attempts."
-
How about not taking his eyes off the downfield to turn around like an idiot to look at the play behind him?
-
And EJ, had he played like he did the first two weeks, may have actually been able to beat KC, Denver and Oakland. Games were Orton was absolutely dreadful. We could do these ridiculous hypotheticals all day. Won't change the fact that Orton was a lousy QB more interested in self-preservation than winning. Again, good riddance to a mediocre QB and Marrone's security blanket.
-
It was the definition of a clean hit. Shoulder to the chest. You may have called it "Hitting a defenseless receiver" but the point of football is to prevent the other guy from catching the ball. Brooks did it perfectly. Refs also called a chintzy Roughing the QB penalty on Orton so it evened out in the end.
-
The strip sack he had yesterday said it all. The fact that he looked back to make sure he could go down without getting hurt was one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen from a QB. His play reminded me of the rich QB from the replacements. Too bad we didn't have a Johnny Falco to replace him with. Enjoy retirement, Captain No Heart.
-
It's been that way since we signed Orton.
-
The ONLY reason he had a winning record was because of the championship caliber defense the team had. Orton was, at best, a game manager, and at his worst (i.e. the last 6 games) a liability incapable of leading drives because he was more concerned about not getting hurt than he was winning football games. Good riddance.

Rumor: Pegula met Cowher for dinner
Heels20X6 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not sure about that but when the Bills first were looking for a head coach, they sniffed around Cowher and he's the one who recommended to Nix hiring both Whaley and Chan Gailey. There may have been a connection between Buddy and Bill. I'm guessing if this lunch happened, it was probably set up by Whaley. -
Rumor: Pegula met Cowher for dinner
Heels20X6 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I doubt it. Cowher has been pumping Whaley's tires for years now and the rumor goes that he personally recommended him for the assistant GM position here in Buffalo. Remember, they're tight from their Pittsburgh days and I fully believe any interest Cowher has in the Bills is because of the Whaley connection. -
I've never actively rooted for a Bills player to fail before. Then we signed Kyle Orton. I'm not a fan of EJ but Orton is the biggest waste of a roster spot I've ever witnessed in all my years of cheering this team on. No heart, no passion, nothing. I want him to crash and burn in the most spectacular fashion on Sunday. I want to make sure their is NO allusion to this front office that he should be brought back to this team. I want him gone. I'd rather take my chances with Mark Sanchez than this loser.
