  1. Honestly...I'm beginning to wonder the same thing. At the beginning of the season, Turk was a "fresh of breath air" (Royal joke) and the offense honestly seemed to open up. Now, it's back to small ball. Dink and dunk. Play not to lose. I recall that Fairchild was also the same way two seasons ago...then last season he stunk it up something fierce. Maybe Dick does have too much a say in the offensive scheme. It just doesn't make sense....
  2. Let me preface that I was impressed the way the team played thru injury. That being said, Jauron's record in big games or against teams with a winning percentage is terrible. Absolutely terrible.
  3. Truer words have never been spoken...
  4. I have a friend who plays in Chicago...his words on Jauron: "Nice guy but not a winner". He said the difference between him and Lovie was night and day. Sure Lovie's made some bone-headed decisions with his QB selection but is there anyone here who can tell me that the Bears don't show up to play every week? For f#ck sakes, he got them to the SB with REX GROSSMAN as his QB?!? And yet with arguably two talented QBs in Edwards and Losman, Jauron can't do sh--!!!! This team has talent, Jauron and his band of losers just cannot harness it. I fully believe under a great coach like Jeff Fisher or Bill Cowher, this team would be perennial winners.
  5. So true KOK...so true... my heart weeps for this team... Who needs Jeff Fisher and his ability to make scrubs look like superstars when you can Dick and be content with being in the game?
  6. I would like to see any of the pro-Jauron crowd tell me that a better coach like Fisher, Belichek or John Fox would be at 5-4 right now. Our coaching staff is outright embarassing and their terrible coaching is what is derailing this team and stripping it of its identity and confidence. I'd hate to say it, but maybe the Bills need to have a monumental collapse before ol' Mr. Wilson decides he's had enough of Dick Jauron's Small Ball Incorporated™. Sadly, even if the Bills were to finish 5-11, I don't see Ralph absorbing 3 years of his contract. What a horribly bone-headed decision it was to extend this guy. And I hate to say it...but maybe Fairchild wasn't the problem after all.
  7. Or running a pitch toss on 3rd and goal from the 7.....
  8. With "Stone Cold" Dicky J on our sidelines, we best be preparing for such an outcome.... ..... ..... ..... For three more F#CKING YEARS. I bite my thumb at thee, Jauron supporters! Could be the worst signing in franchise history.
  9. This exact statement should be tattooed on Ralph Wilson's @ss so that when Dick is down there kissing it for another 6 year extension he can read it and see what we fans really think of his bland, put-me-to-sleep offense.
  10. Jeff Fisher is about 500 times the coach that Dick Jauron is. Fisher has his players believing they can win games. Jauron has our team playing with no confidence because his mantra is "okay guys, let's keep it close and don't make any mistakes...we'll win it with a last second field goal!". A Loser Coach turning a team into losers... Where's e-ball to place Dick on his pedestal and calling us out for not bowing down in awe of his greatness? I HATE JAURON.
  11. Would he be a significant upgrade over what we have now? Absolutely. If you can get him, you get him. I could care less about "character" players anymore. Character hasn't got us any Super Bowls or even a freakin' playoff spot in 10+ years. Maybe this team needs some "characters" to find an identity.
  12. or President Morgan Freeman in Deep Impact. Or Galactic President Tiny "Zeus" Lister in the Fifth Element....
  13. Johnny, before the name-calling gets out of hand, I think the point Tom was trying to make is that at the end of the day, the nation INDIVIDUALLY, still votes for themselves, the individual. In the case of Obama, these voters still voted individually but under the guise of "the best interests of the nation." The people who truly voted for what they thought was best for the country are few and far between. Humans typically look out for themselves before others. Sad reality but reality nonetheless.
  14. He is referred to as 'black' because visibly-speaking, the color of his skin is brown much like any African American. If he in fact faced any racism, it would be the same racism that any other person of color faces. Similar to how Tiger Woods is referred to by many as a 'black' golfer when he is half Fijian. If his skin color was much lighter then maybe his other half would be more prominent.
  15. On behalf of Canada, please stay the f#ck out. To others, if you prevent Da Big Man and his racist ideologies from poisoning our peaceful, mostly racist-free country, I'll see what I can do about making sure that Toronto never gets the Bills. Deal?
  16. http://www.iftheworldcouldvote.com/ Interesting to see what the world views of the Republican and Democratic hopefuls.
  17. Sadly, for a crappy head coach, he's gotten this team more closer to the playoffs than DJ has.... I know, I know...I'm just being a sh-- disturber...
  18. They spent all our money extending DJ for 3 more years...
  19. You seem to be one-dimensional in your analysis? Are you Marshall Faulk?
  20. But you see that's it Murra....there will always be this section of Bills fans on this board who are completely irrational and make stupid statements for the sheer purpose of being equivalent of the loud child in a room throwing a hissy fit for attention. So far amongst the gems that have been posted by the Internet Elite today:\ 1) Lynch is a bust 2) Hardy is a bust and it was his fault the INT happened 3) Fire DJ (with a 5-3 record) 4) Accounting any criticism of Edwards with being a "JP Lover" and the hits just keep on coming... Like I said, this Wall would be a lot better place if there were minimal intellegence requirement testing prior to admittance.
  21. Some of these morons (not you) have decided to gloss over the fact that he came into the game with flu-like symptons, had to be pulled as a result of them and then toughed it out to return to the game because the team needed him. Not to mention his work picking up blitzes allowing Trent to throw. But hey, let's run out of town one of the few players on this team with any heart. You fans make me f#cking sick to my stomach.
  22. Again...this coaching staff has me absolutely puzzled.... I know that maybe the Bills talent isn't up to snuff with the elite franchises in this league but something tells me a coach like Jeff Fisher makes this team a SB defender. I mean he's got the Titans at 7-0 with Kerry Collins at QB and a defensive squad that's a "who's that?" of players. Dick Jauron is NOT a great coach strictly because it seems like he scares himself out of making a critical decision. Despite what some posters might think, he's still a conservative coach who occasionally makes a non-conservative decision.
  23. I see your football analysis is as intelligent as your political analysis....
  24. It's only the halfway point of the season. Plenty of time left to hope and pray that our coaching staff is actually watching game tape and figuring out how to fix the holes in this franchise. The Bills need to find their swagger again. They looked defeated after the didn't convert the 4th and 1/2 yard. Trent was just sitting there moping on the bench. Where was the confident leader that rallied his team when they needed it. The Defense has got to make the big stop when it counts. They are starting to look eerily reminiscent of the D lasy year when they couldn't buy a stop on 3rd down. The O-line needs to get a push going. No run game, no respect from the opposing D line. Don't think the Pats are sitting there salivating at the chance to knock Trent around in the backfield because they are rushing 3, guarding our WRs and giving Trent time to look. Overall, I'm disappointed in the coaching. I am NOT a fan of Dick Jauron, to me the extension was a terrible idea and thus far, since the extension he is 0-2 and has been outcoached on every aspect of the game. Turk Schonert who impressed me with the variations on play calling has reverted to the Steve Fairchild book of "dink and dunk". Perry Fewell needs to learn to make adjustments. Just sad how the D was pushed around the field. Would it kill the team to take a deep shot with Evans? I mean he is the premier deep threat in the league and the got him running medium route slants?!?
  25. It wasn't even a full yard...it was maybe a few inches....either way to have the ball for over 16 minutes and not get a single point...that to me told me we were going to lose. Greer's pick-6 gave me hope, then the defense got ran over like a one legged possum on a freeway. Just bad. There's always next week...
