  1. That train of thought can apply to all of us!!! Wow, what a start. I have never wanted to be so wrong about something ever!
  2. If you read the end of my post, I stated it would be nice if he came out and said: "yes, the odds are stacked against us, but I believe in this team and I believe we can get it done." You think Vince Lombardi ever told the media he was worried about his opponent. It's a show of weakness.
  3. Would you like me to bring up his coaching record instead? He sure is a swell fella, but I like my coaches to achieve this rare thing called WINNING. You think Rex Ryan comes out before yesterday's game and says: "Well, we got a rookie QB and Houston has a fierce front four, golly gee willickers I'm kinda scared about today!" Straight shooter or not, it's LOSER TALK. And after three years of this moron, I'm sick of it.
  4. The difference is that in the handful of games that Singletary has coached, he's already proven he's better than Jauron. Including beating him.
  5. On playing the Patriots... "It's not going to be easy, there's no doubt about that," Buffalo coach Dick Jauron said, "so there's a lot of worry." http://www.tsn.ca/nfl/story/?id=291087 Just oozes of confidence doesn't it...? Now compare that quote to what his own players like TO and Freddie say... For once, just once, I'd like this skeleton to say something like: "The odds are stacked against us, but I believe in this team, we're going to surprise people." Even if its not true, at least inspire the team and the fans for freakin' sake!!!
  6. Buffalo Bills: Embrace continuity....
  7. It's hard to win games in the NFL.
  8. Billiam, I think you, I and a few others are the only ones who truly believe NO PLAYER can thrive under Jauron's system. His inability in FOUR YEARS to find a suitable OC, a defense that prides itself on how long it can keep the opposing team's offense on the field before they score and overall ineptitude in preparing his offense to play a 3-4 defense to me speaks volumes of how this team will never be successful under this idiot. How many of you honestly think Belichek had any worries about going head-to-head with Jauron tonight? Stop blaming Trent, or the young O-line, or Evans or Lynch or Whitner....none of these guys will amount to anything under Jauron.
  9. You forgot to add..."because we'll have a new head coach!" *fingers crossed*
  10. That first half looked a lot like the first half of a game a certain QB had against Cleveland on the national stage....
  11. Hesus Murphy....Drew Brees is scoring at will.....I know the Saints D isn't that great (even with Greggo there now) but Drew is going to take this team into the playoffs by scoring 60 points a game! What a QB.... I fear that home game against them...
  12. When you have talent but not ability that's usually a condemnation of coaching IMO. I think Jaws is trying to say that the pieces are there, but the puzzle-doer (Jauron) is essentially 3 doing a puzzle for 5 and up....
  13. I think Jaws is the best color man in the league...my opinion though.. And about Hines Ward....what a complete receiver. Great hands, great attitude and holy spit what a blocker! Did you see him just STICK the safety coming in on that one play at the line of scrimmage....? Wow...just wow.
  14. No, no, no...he's only visiting the Bills so that he can set his going rate with other teams in the league! DUH!
  15. Pats 56 Bills 10......ugh...just having flashbacks to the last time these two teams were on national TV...
  16. Well.....last year everyone was picking us to be a possible wildcard contender...and we all know how that worked out....
  17. 10 catches for 76 yards, with one catch going for 25 yards. No TDs.
  18. Not to mention, not one CFL team placed Losman on their negotiation list (thereby giving them the right to speak with and potentially sign JP). In essence, that means the CFL also felt JP Losman was not a suitable QB in their pass-happy league.
  19. And the funny thing is when some of us suggested the Bills look at Cameron after he was ceremoniously turfed from Miami, we were laughed off the board.... People forget that great OCs don't always make great HCs. I believed then and still believe Cameron to fit that scenario. Instead, we "promote from within" and that leaves us with unproven coordinators like Schonert and now Van Pelt.
  20. Dang nabbit! I'm thinking like Beerball now!?!?
  21. That whole "winning" thing us fans like to see...
  22. Please let him be next on the list....if a loss to the Lions in pre-season was enough to tip Ralph over the edge, one can only wonder what a lop-sided loss to a division rival might cause him to do?
  23. Welcome back Bill....it's been a long offseason (which looks to be followed by a even longer season....sigh...) I wonder if there is ANYONE left on this board that thinks Limp Dick is a suitable head coach. I wouldn't let him coach my son's Pee Wee team. Why? Because he'd make them feel okay to be LOSERS...which is what this bunch of ninnies in uniforms we got a team are. He's instilled his "winning is hard" mentality on this team and it shows. Even when they win, it's boring as he!! to watch. I'm sick of it. He's taken the team I love and made them hard to watch. I am actually dreading the NE opener because we're going to be on the national stage and it's going to be an epic embarrassment. Then we'll have to listen to his "They're a real good team..." and "It worked Friday in practice" BS we hear from him every week.
  24. And that my friend...NAILS IT. You put a QB like Edwards or JP under a qualified system like Fisher's or Dungy's and voila, a suitable starting QB. Under Fairchild/Schonert/Jauron, young, aspiring QBs are DOOMED. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED!!
  25. Hey! I'm an optimist! I'm positive this season is going to be a disaster with Dicky J calling the shots!
