As long as there is some sort of dialogue with Cowher, even if he says, "Thanks but no thanks" once a week, the negotiations are not over. When or if Cowher stops talking to Ralph/Bills management, then the game is most likely over. I'm not sure it's at that point, yet.
You could be a My Yami Dolphins fan where your team is owned by J Lo, Marc Lo, Jimmy Buffet, Warren Buffet, The Miami Sound Machine, Venus and Serena Williams, Andy Dick, Lisa Lampanelli, Beach Tar, Frozen Iguanas, Sham Wow and Spartacus.
.....and how it SHOULD stay, until OBD is ready and able to make an announcement. Sheesh...these people are SO impatient!

First of all, I'm sorry to hear that your son and you are entangled in this absurdity. We all will be sooner or later, by the look of things.
Second of all, I don't have an answer to your question, but I would suggest that you identify, locate and ask the architect of this idiocy why American Citizens suddenly have to produce documentation that the US Government already has (or should have) access to, in order to simply renew an already issued driver's license.
I'll be sad when the series ends as well. Some times it was infuriating in flip flopping back and forth, but it always seemed to me to be THE best made for television series I can ever remember.
Maybe a movie in the works for after the series comes to an end????
Where I live and work (Miami/Fort Lauderdale), the only provider that doesn't drop calls all the effing time is TMobile. All the rest of them bite the big barloonga. It's not like I live in Buzzard's Butt Wyoming, fer Chrissakes. My work phone is Sprint and the coverage (or lack of it) is putrid.
