  1. Nice job covering the QB.
  2. Boy....it SURE would be nice to see a blitz. Ahem.
  3. McCarthy is gonna lose this one.
  4. How come our receivers don't get open in 3 seconds? That's all Rodgers takes.
  5. A blitz would be nice. Lay Rodgers out for once.
  6. Time for the Byrd Man to lay down an I-N-T!
  7. We need to get a couple of 1st downs to get Trent settled in. Or is this over the top optimism?
  8. Finally.....Marshawn runs straight ahead.
  9. Good job holding GB to 3 again. Time for the O to show up. Come on, Chan!
  10. Would someone go and get our OL from the locker room, please?
  11. Good job holding GB to 3. Let's see what the O can do. I'd like to see us turn CJ loose.
  12. D just needs to settle down.
  13. links for me too, please....in case ATDHE doesn't work. Thanks
  14. Did somebody call me?
  15. I am SO not in her league. My stomach hurts just thinking about it. http://video.foxnews.com/v/4330345/181-chicken-wings-in-12-minutes/
  16. A virtual earthquake for the idiots who wrote that crap, not you or anyone else. My apologies. As to what do I expect? I expect that with a better coach, some upgrades and more cohesion, the Bills will be a better team than they have been for a long time.
  17. Yep. I was just searching through YouTube for Jean Luc and then splintered off to King Crimson and ELP. Can't believe Greg Lake was chanking on gum while singing. HTH did he do that? Needless to say, Stephane was more of a traditionalist, but an amazing violinist...just wonderful. Ah...back in the day...Chick Corea, Al DiMeola, Billy Cobham, Flora Purim, Larry Coryell, Fripp.....
  18. I'm more inclined to think they'll lie through their teeth, say they picked the Bills from the beginning and pronounce Gailey a genius.
  19. In response to your title: No, we can't. The experts will have the Bills in the cellar. What will be fun, if the Bills do make the playoffs, is watching all those experts go into full blown disaster recovery mode.
  20. Oh man....I almost forgot about Jean Luc. Never saw him live, but used to have a bunch of his work. Stephane Grappelli too and an album with them both, since I'm apparently on a violin run.
  21. Why would he consider Smith is an upgrade over anyone? Grass is always greener, I suppose.
  22. Yeah? How is LA's team doing? Oh...right....they don't have one. Pffft. Sour grapes and a nice 6.9 earthquake for them.
  23. Most excellent! This kid is going to be a good runner.
  24. He would have to accomplish something, anything, to even elevate himself to tool status.
  25. From the ugly beginnings of the slam fest, I kept pointing out: In 2008 after 5 games Trent was rated in the top 5 QB's and the Bills were firing on all cylinders. Then it was one disaster after another and he never seemed to regain the poise that he had shown. The potential was there, but he had very little in way of a supporting cast and an anemic coaching staff. Mid level NFL players were just about interchangeable and except for the 2 or 3 marquis players on any given team, coaching was THE key. I reiterated what Bum Phillips said about Don Shula, "He can take his'n and beat your'n, and then take your'n and beat his'n." That's coaching, not players. MIA. A good coach maximizes what he has to work with and brings out the best in his players. He forms the schemes around the player's abilities and puts them in the best position to succeed. That was MIA. A good coach motivates his players. That's what good management does. Different coaches have different ways of motivation. But there has to be motivation from the top and that was completely MIA. I had pretty much given up on Roscoe. That seems to have been a mistake...we will see a good deal more of him this year and I hope I was dead wrong on that. I had Hardy as a bust. I was, and still am, calling for trading Lynch while he was worth something. I wish they had kept Joique Bell and traded Lynch. I wasn't delirious about the choice of Nix as GM. I didn't think the Bills would get Shanahan or Cowher. I wasn't thrilled with Gailey at the beginning, but the more I saw and heard, the more I liked what he brought to the team. I don't think he will be here for more than 2-3 seasons, but I do think he will lay the foundation for a smarter, more disciplined team when the Bills move on. I thought Poz was too slow and not instinctive enough. I still do. I really want him to be a great player, but I don't think he is capable of more than what we've seen so far. Ditto for Demetrius Bell. I thought David Nelson would make the team from the moment they selected him. I thought (hoped) that AVP would turn out to be a better OC than he did. I think he was handcuffed by Jauron. I thought Schonert was arrogant and egotistical. I was, and will always be, forever grateful to Ralph Wilson for everything he has done to bring the Bills into existence and keep them in Buffalo. I said that Gailey would have this team playing harder, smarter and more disciplined, and that by the end of the season, no team will be looking forward to playing the Bills Now, that being said.....it's time to get this season started and I will let loose with the same words I yell when I launch for a bass tournament: NO PRISONERS!!!!!
