  1. That is true. But we either go with the same old Jauron and get the same old results, or at least TRY to improve. Doing nothing is going to accomplish.....nothing.
  2. Well okay, he can come back, but please God....not as HC.
  3. So Jauron can coach them into the ground, too?
  4. Like someone else took the blame for Jauron's crappy record at Chicago? Come on.....
  5. We want R-E-S-U-L-T-S, which is what Ralph should want as well. After all, it's his team and his money and his legacy. I don't care if Jauron wears a pink tutu and dances the Macarena, screams until he's blue in the face or sits on a yoga mat. He hasn't produced. Not in Buffalo, not in Chicago. How many more years of 7-9 will it take to convince you?
  6. I will again point to Baltimore, Atlanta and My Yami regarding both new HC and new QB. The notion that change=regression is not valid. Keeping Jauron is tantamount to doing the same thing over and over again and expectinig different results. Ralph doesn't have to bring in a HC with no coaching experience. I don't know how that became part of the equation. Jauron's resume consists of losing season after losing season. After what, 8 years or so and some of the most horrendous coaching decisions this year, what proof does anyone have to offer that this will suddenly change? To use a business example: Bad Decisions + 100% effort = Bad Results.
  7. LOL!!!! Geez.....I blew cigar smoke out my eyeballs on THAT one!
  8. NE is playing for its life. The Bills are not going to beat Belichick under THAT scenario.
  9. Ralph isn't going to pay Cassell's asking price so it's most likely a moot point.
  10. Not asking you to agree with it. Jauron's record speaks for itself. This team wins in spite of him, not because of him. The Bills need upgrading, no doubt about it. And they should start upgrading at the HC position. This team has been outcoached, outplayed, out-everything'd this year. The coaching decisions have been embarrasing. If Jauron hasn't learned by now, there isn't any more reason to think he will next year than there is to think JP will replace Eli Manning.
  11. 5-11 if Jauron the Expressionless is driving the bus.
  12. You could put all hall-of-famers on the OL and DL with Joe Montana at QB and Jauron would still crank out 7-9 or 8-8 seasons. While I agree the OL and DL needs upgrading, good players + crappy coaching = tree stumps.
  13. I really don't think "giddy" is the right word. I, for one, am actually a little pi$$ed. How can this team and coaching staff just disappear for bunches of games and then pull off a KC or Broncos game? WTF is going on?
  14. I wish someone in the Bills organization would ask Fewell that same question. After all, it's his freaking defense.
  15. Oh hooray! More 7-9 seasons! Woooo Hoooo. I'm beside myself, I'm among myself.....I'm positively amidst myself with joy.
  16. As much as I'd like to share in your enthusiasm and optimism, this has all the warning signs of being yet another season that the team has somehow managed to pull a job-saving rabbit out of their helmets for Jauron. I'm happy for the players. Period. There are some guys that have played their guts out the entire year, every game. Not all, but some. Kudos to those guys. Me? I don't want Jauron back for another 7-9 or 8-8 or even 9-7 season. I want him gone and anything that prolongs his tenure is going to give the Bills another year of the same underachievement. If Atlanta, Baltimore and My Yami can turn their teams around in 1 year, so can the Bills. The operative word being, "can". The Bills have won in spite of Jauron, not because of him. I'm glad they won in Denver and I think they have the basis for a pretty good team. But they are going to be stuck from 7-9 to 9-7 as long as Jauron is here. I don't mean to be the voice of doom, but if the Bills beat the Jets next week and it happens to save Jauron's job......well........did you see the movie "Groundhog Day"?
  17. Let me ask you this, how many more years of not making the playoffs with sub .500 seasons will it take for you to change your mind about Jauron? Every year, he does "just enough" to keep his job. I'll point to Baltimore, Atlanta and Miami as proof that "tenure" is overrated. Each of those teams has a "new" QB, too. Jauron's 3 year losing record at Buffalo is not enough to keep his job in my book and it shouldn't be in your book, nor Ralph's book for that matter, either. Jauron's job is to win games, get into the playoffs and go the superbowl. He hasn't and there isn't anything in his resume so far that indicates he will. The longer Jauron stays, the more we can all resign ourselves to +- .500 seasons and more of the exact same thing that his coaching history consists of. Believe me, I'd love to be wrong and I'll be the first to admit I was and eat my words if I am.
  18. Nah...didn't you see all our defensive backs around him?
  19. It's on the Referee Job Application: "Do you hate Buffalo?"
  20. Ref's "missing" a call that would benefit Buffalo? Gee, what a surprise. The referee conspiracy against Buffalo continues.....
  21. The referee conspiracy continues.....
  22. We were waiting for the boneheaded penalties and play calling.
  23. Ah...that explains it. I thought I was doing something wrong.
