Josh isn't leaving. The cap hit of his contract and his commitment to WNY won't let him. Enough of that crap. He's staying. Other changes to the GM and Coach I'm open to after last night, but josh is going nowhere.

I've actually have a torn labrum in my left shoulder. Had it since march and doing PT since then. Surgery isn't recommended, maybe because I'm over 50, but it is significant. 2-4 weeks maybe he can play, but he won't have the range of motion. And it will be mainly pain tolerance. I'm a golfer and used to be good (well, good enough). Lost 30 yards off my drives and went from a 7 handicap to a 14 just this year because of it. And I'm certainly not a professional athlete. He's done contributing in a helpful manner for at least two or three months - and that's with intense rehab and PRP injections. I had a pain shot and it helped a little, but not enough. Sorry to say he's probably washed until late in the playoffs - if we even make it that far.

I'm usually a rose colored glasses guy, but Coleman has been crap for most of this year. The Miami game was horrendous. He had one good catch. There were three other similar ones where he was just horrible - like putting a high school kid out there. Didn't come back to the ball, in the wrong spot, not where Josh expected. I love that Josh as a leader doesn't call out players in public - that is a sign of a good leader, btw - but behind closed doors I hope that Josh is beating the ***** out of him. It's only year two, but he's looking like a major bust. Like I said, I'm a rose-colored glasses guy, but I think Coleman should be inactive for a game or two to see if he gets the message. He's doing nothing out there, so what is the point?

Josh is supposed to sit and concentrate 24-7 on the upcoming game. No breaks, no family, just practice, eating, and the next game. because humans are only able to focus on one thing at a time, and god forbid have work/life balance or maybe a bit of fun.

Buffalo tries to develop players, and there are examples of players taking a while to get going in the Bills system and then hitting their stride. 4 GAMES INTO THE SEASON FOR A 3RD ROUND ROOKIE. Do you have any concept regarding how silly this whole cluster of a conversation sounds?
