    we're keeping him because he is the only coach who will take direct instructions from Ralph...For example, on draft day who we pick (RB Dwayne Wright) after we just picked Marshawn...calls him daily....whatever...

    Spend some of the $20 million in the offseason...and dump some of the lack of talent - Robert Royal, George Wilson, Ryan Denney, Chris Kelsay..Obviously some players will be gone through Free Agency as well...JP, Fowler, Preston, Crowell...

    However, the coaching staff's job is to get them prepared forr EVERY situation regardless....I don't like JP, but 2nd and 5 w/ 2:05 on the clock and you don't run w/ a 3 point lead is mind blowing...

    Offensively..the call put everything on Losman and I don't think that should ever happen if the Bills wanted to win....Look on the bright side we are closer to being 6-10 than 9-7 and teasing us with "we are almost a playoff team"....
