  1. It could be worse....you could get blinded and get totally gay corneas. Imagine how the world would look then...
  2. Genetic screening for Zygotes is going to require some very quick hands before that sucker becomes a blastocyst. If the zygote decides to be gay at the blastocyst stage.........then there are some tough parenting decisions to be made
  3. They end up eating them. Soylent Gay Gene
  4. Clearly an anti-Celtite.
  5. Only the Irish could live in a world created by a God that screwed over unicorns.
  6. In fairness, neither are unicorns.
  7. There seems to be a strong correlation between H-Y antigens and birth-order and the likelihood of male homosexuality. Basically younger fraternal brothers have a higher propensity to be homosexual. Still an open debate....but basically the theory is more male babies have a cumulative inoculating effect against more heterosexual male babies in the uterus. http://www.pnas.org/content/103/28/10771.full.pdf Evolutionarily speaking it is of interest. Perhaps a survival mechanism to prevent younger and weaker males from violence in the reproductive pool. Seems to make more sense than a gene theory among a population generally not predisposed to the procreative act.
  8. I would bet that most who failed were not Math specialists. This is a change with the NCLB legislation, many State Tests for licensure are no longer trivial and programs encourage candidates to take the content tests before they begin teaching degrees. Probably the results are not surprising because the intent of these tests is to weed out inferior candidates. Unfortunately they were creating the test while the teachers were already in preparation. Most probably have no intention of teaching math.
  9. Oliver Stone should do it.
  10. Give the sample a try: http://www.mtel.nesinc.com/PDFs/MA_FLD009_PRACTICE_TEST.pdf

  13. Nope It is about 25 years too late for organized labor to catch up with globalization. Organized labor can help maintain gains made in the last century, but people like Chinese goods and a cheap tickets at Walmart more than the local #1001
  14. Do you remember George Foster? He was probably about 180 lbs with a 32 inch waist? George Brett who looked rather burly then, actually looks puny by todays standards. check this out.........maybe the umps were juicing though......they all had about 50 lbs and 5" on him. http://www.newsday.com/sports/baseball/yan...allery?index=18
  15. Anyone mention George Foster?
  16. Don't laugh me out of the thread....but Todd Rundgren is probably one of the most underrated, probably because he is better known as a keyboardist. Not saying greatest....but underrated.
  17. It seems to me that Dave Parker should be on that list.
  18. Medal of Honor too. Thanks Tom, I'm hoping to smoke a cigar with it someday.
  19. I always wanted to find the spot were Gen. Sickles lost his leg. This guy was a true American. Introduced his prostitute to the Queen of England as his political opponents wife. Made General with no formal military training. At 33 married a 15 year old. Killed the son of Francis Scott Key because he was having an affair with said wife. The first American to win a temporary insanity defense for murder. Disobeyed orders and overextended his lines which were mowed down, and gave Lee the confidence to attack on day 3, thus saving the Union with his incompetence. Smoked a cigar with his leg dangling as they took him off the battlefield. Sickles really needs a good screenplay.
  20. Pretty muted process.....somewhere John Bolton is yelling.....These men have families, these men have families, they will have to live a lifestyle doing something that might not pay as well as lawyer-ing.
  21. So the President eats beef burgers all the while deflecting attention from the Carolina BBQ Pork lobby to get swine flu renamed H1N1. Once again cable is asleep at the wheel.
  22. The 24 hour news cycle is daft........................so what did he order? the Whopper?
  23. Castor Troy. Everyone forgets Castor Troy. Not everyone can act good in somebody else's body. He was really good as John Travolta.
  24. I heard they cheat at pinochle at rates that approach Irish people.
  25. What a coarse reply. I don't have any gay or lesbian friends that would think of forcing me to watch that any more than any decent heterosexual friends would. But thanks for suggesting I'm a voyeur, aszhool.
