  1. Why? Is he on Jupiter?
  2. Hey, I didn't disagree with anything else. Just Jupiter. Fact is, most people are not connected to Jupiter.
  3. Mostly true. Only part I disagree with is that we are all connected to Jupiter.
  4. Imagine how a confident Bills team is going to play a demonstrably beatable Pats team at the end of the season. That's gonna be a game! (Note: the last time I said a game "was gonna be a game," it was ugly.)
  5. I could excuse Theisman and Smith, since they both had their legs nearly amputated.
  6. Although I throw out a shout for Hyper-V. VirtualBox always gave me headaches. For whatever reason, I've found the Windows 10 Hyper-V installation to be much friendlier.
  7. Romo sounds like he's been drinking. And I don't mind. He's still one of the best analysts out there.
  8. Pursuing a completely separate Congressional foreign policy for 12 years now...
  9. You know, I've been trying to find a new psychiatrist for the past few weeks. Only two I've found within five miles of me will see a straight, white male, and they're not accepting new patients until June. The rest...they all specialize in social justice causes: LGBT counseling, PTSD "warrior" counseling, immigrant counseling (apparently, psychotherapy for legal permanent residents during the Trump administration is big business), etc. Everyone else who doesn't specialize in social justice causes has retired.
  10. And then when Trump orders the IRS to release his real ones, then you have him on an impeachable offense.
  11. Bigfoot's real, one way or another.
  12. Wow, that many? Sounds more like the Unwatchedmen.
  13. And it doesn't help that many of those subjective measures aren't subject to accurate modeling. How should it impact a QB's rating when an obvious PI that saves a TD isn't called, is challenged, overturned, but still doesn't grant the TD?
  14. I've published five papers on statistical physics.
  15. You're an idiot. Not the least of which for telling a physicist he has math anxiety. I'll point out the considerable flaw in your above "analysis" later, when I'm not typing on a phone. Or maybe I won't, and just let you live with your head up your ass.
  16. It's such a stupid statistical measure that I just described it to my wife, whose math skills don't go beyond "2+2=potato," and her response was "What????"
  17. I've been reading about that for...at least 20 years? Probably the worst thing about the NYT is that they believe reality doesn't exist until they say it does.
  18. What? I point out the Democrats' complete lack of any consistency on everything, and you think that means I have some sort of fondness for China? No one's noted yet that their China policy evolution is undistinguished from their Russia policy evolution: pursuing close, friendly relations (to own Republicans) until they suddenly do a complete 180 and decide the nations are our natural blood-enemies (again, to own Republicans)?
  19. Because QBR is garbage. Any "statistical measure" that includes "clutch-weighted expected points added on penalties" is a joke. What the hell does that even mean? Clutch expected penalties?
  20. When they tell Cam Newton to his face that he's not going to get the same calls Brady gets, it's not a conspiracy. It's a fact.
  21. It's tempting to call her Hitler, but truth be told Hitler never said anything quite that transparently dumb.
  22. Consume what? Food? Beverages? Steel? Acrylic? Kilowatts? I mean...kilowatt-hours. The only thing all forms of "consumption" have in common is the energy of production and distribution. So maybe tax an effective measure of energy production, transportation, and distribution. Maybe like...a carbon tax?
  23. If only they were 4-8, then we wouldn't have to deal with this *****. Winning only hurts the franchise.
  24. I might throw Atlanta into that list, too. Not that Ryan is doing badly, but considering Atlanta's going nowhere this season, trading straight up for a younger QB with more upside seems a no-brainer.
