  1. It is amazing how many vitrolic replies were made to a simple joke.
  2. I'd have been pissed, too. Idiot wasting my time doing something for me that I can do quicker myself. That's not "nice." It's not a "random act of kindness." It's wasting my valuable !@#$ing time. Now excuse me while I go post insults in six other threads...
  3. Thank God. It's been two days since I heard any bitching about Mahomes. I was going in to withdrawal.
  4. What a chucklehead.
  5. If they can collect that information and do that sort of investigation to vet the accusations, they can not publish them and instead encourage the victims to report to law enforcement. It would be a good "Let's help victims use the justice system" activity, instead of a "!@#$ laws, let's pursue vigilante justice" activity.
  6. I remember reading this in the Mandela thread on OTW.
  7. The ding-a-ling in the thread... ☝️
  8. You'd be surprised at what assault victims do. I know two that have had their pictures taken with their attackers later on. It depends on how much self-esteem they possess, for the most part I also know a victim of two separate gang rapes who thinks this whole thing is ridiculous - her view is that if you're groped and haven't decked the guy in response, you're at fault. No self esteem issues there.
  9. More time and fewer receivers to throw to.
  10. Well, hell. Democrats already trashed presumption of innocence and due process, why the hell not get rid of discovery as well?
  11. Just...stop. You had me at hello.
  12. Bodine has. Dawkins and Miller might.
  13. Vince and Bruce. People who think they've seen bad quarterbacking the past 20 years haven't seen anything. Imagine two full seasons of Nathan Peterman...
  14. One thing I remember from previous seasons' all-22 is how one clueless lineman can !@#$ up the entire blocking scheme, because everyone has to somehow try to support that hole. It might be the position on the field most dependent on teamwork. This line, for whatever reason, not only isn't on the same page, they're not even reading from the same book. They're not the most talented group, but when you've got guys double-teaming rushers and letting other rushers run free to the QB, it's not a talent issue.
  15. And you make posts on topics before you know anything about them. What's your !@#$ing point?
  16. No. Republicans can tell the Democrats to go pound sand up their ass. Used to be the Democrats had leverage for negotiation...but thanks to Harry Reid, they don't even have that any more unless they appeal to mob hysteria. And the Senate asking for an FBI investigation means nothing. They don't control the executive branch. They have leverage ("Give us an investigation, or your nomination's borked.") but not authority. He looks like a slightly less doughy Ted Cruz.
  17. And it's still more evidence than they have against Kavanaugh.
  18. She hears it. The choice of words strikes me as more odd than the claim. But then, she didn't write it...someone else wrote it for her. But they tried not to...and there was actual evidence, not just a story.
  19. Because none of the Democrats were going to vote for Kavanaugh under any circumstances, but Flake was a swing vote. The Republicans needed to appease him. Democrats could ask...but to ask would imply it made any sort of difference in their decisions. Conversely, knowing that, the Republicans could have easily ignored them.
  20. It's actually three-quarters of a million now.
  21. Polls show Democrats are emotionally immature children. In other news: John McCain still dead.
  22. No. Your diety. Not your deity. He's criticizing your Slimfast preferences.
  23. In his defense, he's probably better off, given how poor he is at thinking for himself.
  24. Chucklehead.
