    Licenses do not make roads safer. And, having just come from that segment of DHS, they're right. This is going to be used as a legal shield by human traffickers. It's also a violation of the Real ID Act of 2005, and all NYS drivers' licenses should be invalidated for any federal use (including flying) because of it.
