Exactly. And in his case, it wont matter if the girls were part of a trafficking ring or willing participants. As long as Kraft dont personally force the girl to do something she refused to do, he wont be charged for that. He wasnt part of the trafficking operation, didnt own the massage parlour, and didnt force anyone to do anything they didnt want to, he will face the misdemeanor solicitation charge and may get a fine/suspension from the league.

Jussie Smallette (Alleged) Self Inflicted Hoax Assault
apuszczalowski replied to RaoulDuke79's topic in Off the Wall
Who says he is keeping his job? Roseanne didnt post a tweet and immediately was fired. He was just charged yesterday with it being a hoax. There was already talk that the show was cutting some of his scenes out. And wasnt there a belief that he was doing this as publicity because his character was being written out of the show? Roseanne was fired because she, yet again, made another racist comment. It wasnt her first one, and it wasnt her last because she continues to do it. I'm sure the same ones complaining that he wasnt fired or charged immediately after reporting the alleged assault are the same ones screaming that the people being accused of sexual assault (from the #metoo movement) are immediately being considered guilty instead of "innocent until proven guilty". In this case, that is exactly what happened. The police investigated the claims (even though they were suspicious from the start) and then when they were able to prove it, charged him. -
It doesnt matter if they are willing prostitutes or not if prostitution is illegal. That's like busting a drug dealer cause he was willing to be a dealer and the other guy was willing to pay for drugs...... And unless Kraft was part of the sex trafficking ring himself, importing them over, etc. or they were known to be underage, or she made it known she was forced and not willing when he propositioned, then they might make him sell. Otherwise they fine/suspend him at most if they do anything at all.

Or you already have money and know that you can get another job in the league if you really want one. I dont think they are hurting for money and he was a well established coach/coordinator who has no trouble finding work of he wants it. Not all life choices are based off of money, especially when you arent hurting for it Was it Cowher who recommended him, and Jerry Jones who said previously that he wanted him as a HC before too?

It all looks different in hindsight. With Payton, at the time he would have been hired would have just been an inexperienced HCing hire that was just a QB coach before. He wouldnt have come with Brees and who knows if he would have gotten Brees here too. Even with him, he has one Super Bowl over all this time and a team that was usually flawed on one side of the ball. As for Shanahan, they guy had spent many years as a HC and coaching in the NFL, money is not everything and he was someone that could hold out for the right opportunity for him and his family. He wasnt some young coordinator who would be getting his first chance at being a HC. It's very much believable that his wife wasnt in favour of the move so he turned it down not every decision in life is made based on money, even more so when you have it already.

Was it similar to the field that the Jay's use at the Roger's Centre in Toronto? Their field had the rubber tire pellets in it that for the first year was an issue as the pellets would get thrown in the air if you slid on the field. I was going to mention the Bears, I believe their stadium was almost gutted on the inside and only the exterior facade was salvaged or saved? San Diego would have to agree to a new stadium also before this could happen....

I heard of a monorail proposed for the falls. I'm thinking probably funding stopped them from doing it. With the growing lawsuit's and constant whining from Peta over the park causing dwindling attendance, It wouldnt shock me to find out they didnt have the money for it Now with Holer gone, I wonder what direction they go in. Either they remove the animals and make it a straight amusement park, or they sell it off to a developer who will level it and make a subdivision like everywhere else.......

Notable Nexflix / Amazon / Premium Channel Series & Movies
apuszczalowski replied to Heitz's topic in Off the Wall
But because they leased the rights to Netflix for those shows, Netflix was going to be allowed to keep them, but it was Netflix that decided to get rid of them. Some say because they are mad at Disney for creating a rival streaming service and some say that they just had too many issues with the shows themselves constantly replacing showrunners and staff. -
Do kids play outside where you live?
apuszczalowski replied to Another Fan's topic in Off the Wall Archives
My kids love to play outside, but a parent is typically outside with them. They stay in the backyard or by the garage on the driveway, the road out front is too busy. The problem today isnt that most kids dont want to play outside, they just cant be as free as they were 30 years ago. Playing fields are empty during the day because the kids are all in another program or sport during the day and play or use those fields at night or weekends with their team/league. It's not uncommon today to have kids in 3-4 different sports or activities to take up their time. Then throw in that during the day theres a good chance the younger ones are in a daycare type setting cause both parents have to work and it can explain why they arent all over the neighborhood streets. Also today, public pools are being closed because backyard pools are becoming more and more common, if you dont have one chances are a couple of friends do and the kids end up there. Kids backyard toys are also getting better then most of the ones at a local park so they stay in the backyard. Municipalities love this cause they can provide an open space for walks and call them parks, and dont have to worry about the liability of playground equipment and kids getting hurt. You can now buy inflatable climbers and bounce castles for your backyards for kids. -
LA Times ranks the fast food french fries
apuszczalowski replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Off the Wall Archives
Never understood the love for McDs fries. I always preferred the ones that seem to be larger 'fresh cut' fries like Wendy's. Also like the curly fries from Arbys. Taco Bell here used to have their 'Fries supreme' that were good (cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, onions). Around here, KFC and Taco Bell use the same fries, and they are similar to Burgar Kings. Back in the late 90s, early 2000s places started selling fries that had a coating on them to make them crispier and not soggy. I remember when I was younger working at a KFC and it was owned by the same company as Taco Bell so if we ran out we could get some from them. Once I believe we couldnt get any from them and were able to get some through a Burgar King nearby. -
Lol This was actually something recent, in the last year being proposed that would have been built in place. I used to work with someone who whenever these huge proposals would come up would mention that there was once a proposal to build a Disney park in Niagara Falls that never materialized.

I dont know what's worse, the fact that you can Google almost anything and find porn associated to it, or that theres a market for that kind of porn..... -
Almost any manufacturer can make a larger helmet, problem is your looking at a special order custom item that isnt going to be cheap. So he would have to sit out until a manufacturer can make one, if they are willing to pay for it. But usually a story like this leads to someone making one for him for nothing to look good and get good Publicity.
