I understand what you are talking about. The insulation might help if its going to a fixture that is used often, like a sink, but I guess it wouldn't if its going to something used less often. If the pipe can hold the heat longer, the water in it will stay warmer and it would be less of a transition between cold/cooler water to warm. As for Buffalo, what in their past would ever indicate that they would trade down because they don't want to "reach" for a player? if anything, they are more likely to "reach" because they want to make sure they get the player they want. Unlike all of us here who would be just as happy with one guy or the other, the Bills know what they want and who would fill it best, and have players they covet, and won't take a chance on losing them and be happy going with whomever is next. If anything, they are more likely to give up picks to move up to get someone else, then trade down for someone. And it still doesn't mean they can't afford a $50 mil. roster, as you are just going off of what you assume their total revenue to be. The fans showed that by giving them a great winning team, they will support them and spend the money. No, its what gets a team in trouble and keeps them from being able to re-sign players. Small market teams can't afford a wait and see approach with its top players because it will price them out off the team rather quickly. If you have a good scouting department and a good judge on player development you can tell what players have the better chance of becoming keys to the team. I'm not going out and saying to spend his money freely, I am talking about spending it better then they have, and actually doing stuff to bring in good players to keep the team competitive instead of watching them walk and telling us that we should expect them to be as competitive. Sometimes you have to spend money to make money, and if they expect me to spend my money on them, they better be willing to put the best product on the ice they possibly can.

the easiest way would be to take it to somewhere like Lowes or Home Depot and they may still be able to get you a replacement door. If its a basic door, it can probably still be purchased. Its not the cheapest route, but its the quickest and easiest. Other wise it may just be a "clear coat issue" and you might not need to refinish them, just redo the clear coat. Usually they will stain the doors and then spray on a clear coat over top to protect it and make it a little more durable and easier to clean. It could just be the clear coat has started to wear off. What you could do too is take it to a cabinet maker and see what they say, they might be able to touch it up for you without a problem, but it might cost you a couple of bucks, and might be the same amount, or close to just getting a new door. Not many cabinet makers I know actually make their own doors, most order them from a manufacturer and just build the cabinets themselves, a place like Lowes or Home Depot would not use a custom type of door

I don't see what the big debate is over this. From what I gathered, she wants to have sex with you, weither it be as a way to get revenge on your buddy or not, that is irrelevant. Your buddy broke up with here months ago. He is with someone new, and I am assuming is happy with this new girl. Why would this be a problem? I understand it could be a problem if they were still together, she dumped him, or if your buddy still had feelings for her and they were looking at trying to get back together. Its not like you are planning on gettigng into a serious relationship with her where she would be around and it might be uncomfortable being around together. I wouldn't call him a great friend if he would have such a trouble with you picking up something he threw away. If I was in that situation where I am with someone else and a buddy came up to me and said an ex of mine wanted him I'd say have fun, she's a bit of a nut job, and you should know that, but do what you want. I would let him know whats going on and ask if shes good in the sack, and if he has such a problem with it, he isn't a good friend, or he still has feeling for her and probably wants her back. And there may be 3.5 billion woman in the world, but they all don't have DD's and want to have sex with you

hard to say without knowing what they are made of. I know in my experience working with a cabinet maker, the cabinets themselves were made from an MDF/pressboard material (the glued sawdust stuff) with a wood veneer on the outside or a melamine finish on the cheaper kinds. The Doors were typically actual wood, although sometimes they can be the same material as the cabinets with a veneer/melamine finish. Depending on what kind of damage is done to the finish will determine what you can do to fix it. If the Cabinet is a melamine finish, thats a bit harder to fix (white kind of plastic like finish) if its wood with a wood stain, you could try and sand the stain and restain/paint them. Although if the steam has done anything to the wood, the stain will probably still show it, so you might have to paint or use a darker stain to hide it. Do you have a vent/range hood above the stove? If not that should be something to look into to take any steam and grease out of the air from above the stove and keep from damaging anything.
