  1. Sweet!, thats the game I am looking forward to going to this year. I'm going to take my brother because he is a 49er's fan
  2. Also throw in the fact that the Monday was the Canadian Thanksgiving too last year. A friend of mine bought seasons last year just because he is a Cowgirls fan and his birthday happened to be the day of the MNF game. Its how I managaed to go to the home opener last year. Usually (and what I did for the tickets to the jets, Ravens, and Giants game last year) I wait til the prices drop and you get them below face value on ebay
  3. I thought that eyewitnesses are not credible?
  4. didn't Levy draft Lynch?
  5. I don't know, I will be 26 and I find it hit and miss with him, it all depends on the movie and character with him. Yes most of his humor is sort of "borderline retarded" but it can still be funny. I foudn movies like Big Daddy, The Waterboy, Billy Maddison, and the golf one funny. However, most of the otherones I just find bad. This one seems more like it is a "Rob Schienider quality" movie that they convinced him to do.
  6. My mom was talking about watching that the other day on CBS Its one of those stories that when you hear about it, you can't help but pull for the guy to succeed. She also mentioned something too about him having problems withgetting a passport or visa to come over to the states or something to audition
  7. I left it out because that was still after the original story broke, which is what I have been refering to this entire time, and highlighted a spot from the 24th of May from Poindexter saying that he had no solid evidence, and a spot from July saying Authorities told the falcons and the League reported they had no evidence
  8. But he was projected to be one of the top linemen that year and expected to be a 1st round pick At the time of the pick, he was doing what everone keeps begging the Bills to do, pick the best rated linemen, the problem wasn't that Willams was a huge reach and wasn't expected to go until the later rounds and TD just loved him and took him really early, MW is the only one to blame for MW being a bust. He has the ability to be a pretty good linemen, but he doesn't have the drive/heart to do it
  9. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bad_Newz_Kenn...g_investigation April 20 - Vick's cousin and cook, Davon T. Boddie, 26, is arrested for narcotics in Hampton on charges of distribution of marijuana and possession with intent to distribute outside Royal Suite, a nightclub. He gave Vick’s property address at 1915 Moonlight Road. Smithfield, Virginia (located in Surry County) as his residence.[17] April 25 - Police conducted a search of home and land at 1915 Moonlight Road in southeastern Surry County. In the area of the outbuildings that law enforcement officials discovered evidence of a possible dog fighting operation. Potential evidence included blood spatter on the second floor of one of the outbuildings, dog treadmills and scales, a pry bar used to open a dog's mouth and an apparatus used for breeding.[18] With the help of animal control officials from several localities called to the scene, they removed 66 dogs, 55 of them pit bulls, and seized equipment and some physical evidence. [94] April 27 - ESPN reports that, even though Vick denies this, neighbors have reported seeing Vick in town from time to time and clerks at a nearby store have reported Vick buying nutritional supplies for dogs.[95] Authorities told the news media that, although some equipment could be used in legitimate dog-breeding, there also was a "pry bar" used to pry apart a dog's jaws in dog fighting, and bloodstained carpeting on the floor of a room inside the home above the garage.[94] Appearing at a news conference to announce his participation in the NFL Quarterback Challenge, Vick described himself as an unwitting victim of family. [96] Late April/early May - Vick listed the house and property with a real estate brokerage at approximately 50% of the assessed value. Within a few days, the house was under a sales contract.[97] As of June 8, no sale had been made official, according to the county clerk's office where deeds and transfers of real estate are recorded.[18] May 3 - The Humane Society of the United States called upon the NFL in a letter to take a serious look at the problem of players' involvement with dog fighting. [98] May 24 - Poindexter said he still didn't have solid evidence linking Vick to dog fighting because there were no eyewitnesses who say they saw dog fighting at the home.[99] He said he was proceeding very carefully with this case; Poindexter had another dog fighting case a few years back and lost it because of an illegal search. May 25 - Poindexter said he was confident charges will be brought in the case but can't yet say who will be charged.[94] ........................ July 6 - Federal authorities, assisted by the Virginia State Police, conduct an additional search of the Surry County location. According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, WAVY-TV (Portsmouth) was observing from a news helicopter, and reported that fifteen vehicles were on the property, including a rental truck and a Virginia State Police evidence collections truck. In a video broadcast, investigators could be seen working under a blue tarp on a wooded portion of the property near the black-painted outbuildings. They were sifting dirt collected in white buckets and clearing brush.[108] Investigators removed more than 10 carcasses buried in shallow graves, a source close to the investigation said. "They found what they were looking for," he said.[109] The same day, according to information gathered by the NFL and Atlanta Falcons, sources told ESPN's Chris Mortensen that Vick is unlikely to be indicted on federal charges as a result of the dog fighting investigation. The authorities have told the Falcons and league that there has not been any evidence that tied to Vick the alleged dog fighting ring, the sources said. The law enforcement authorities have privately told league and team officials that at least three people are expected to be indicted but the identities of those individuals were unknown.[110] So like I was saying, when the story broke about him possibly being involved, and I said that isn't he innocent until proven guilty, there was no evidence besides some "eye witnesses" that say they had seen him in town. Up until July 6th, they were saying that they didn't have any evidence that tied him to the dog fighting except that he owned the house and let family members live there. Now, in hindsight its easy to say that he was guilty and had a hand in all of it, but back at the time the original story broke and they were searching his house, the only "evidence" they had was that he owned the house, and some eyewitnesses (I guess they can only be considered credible as evidence in this case) that said they had seen him in town. I'm not comparing the cases saying they are the same, I'm not defending him, or Bellicheck, or the Pats, I am just using them as examples of situations where posters here are allowed to jump to whatever conclusions they want because the players involved aren't Bills players, but the second they are Bills players, everyone has to hold any judgement of them being guilty or possibly guilty because we don't have the evidence or the facts and don't know what really happened.
  10. I'm not one saying that McGahee is a bad player, he can be great when he wants to, but I think his conditioning and desire to play is lacking sometimes. He gets winded late in games, and seems like the kind of guy that only plays when he feels like it. I also don't think that drafting McGahee was a bad move by TD at the time. Sure the Bills did need help in other areas, but they had a chance to take a guy that if it wasn't for an injury that their team doctors said he would recover from, would have been the #1 overall pick, so they took a chance. Henry was a good back, but he had some faults too (fumbles, playing hurt alot). The problem was, McGahee was not a character guy (and by that I am refering to giving it his all on the football field every game and making football his #1 concern. McGahee wanted the spotlight first and it didn't work out. Just like I don't fault TD at the time for taking Mike Williams, he was one of the top rated linemen out of college, but Williams just didn't work out and didn't have the desire to work hard.
  11. But they never planned on going with one or the other, they wanted to use both, Henry was the one that wanted out cause he wanted to be the #1 back, and not a 1a or 1b back.
  12. Yes it is a fact that he owned the house, but at that time there was no proof that he had any knowledge/involvement in what was going on there, and at the time that the story first broke, it was only known that he owned the house and family lived there. And I never said that both cases are the same thing, what I am saying, was that at the time when I said that isn't he innocent until proven Guilty, the response I received was no, because this isn't a court of law, yet in the case of a Buffalo Bill committing a crime, any sort of comment that did not imply that there was no way he could have committed a wrong doing was attacked and told that he is innocent until proven guilty and that we should not judge until we have seen all the facts.
  13. He's in the sequel too, I believe he plays the Grand Wizard at the KKK meeting
  14. So Eye witnesses are credible witnesses now? And I was talking about when the story first broke that they were searching a house that was owned by Vick, not now
  15. At the time, the only "facts" about the Vick case was that he owned a house that the feds were investigating as being part of a dog fighting ring, and that he did not live there, but it was believed that family members have lived there. Eye witnesses said they had seen Vick at the property before But of course eye witnesses are credible here, but in the Hardy case they are not. Don't worry, I get it, Innocent until proven Guilty if they are a Bill, Draw whatever conclusions you want if they are not cause they are probably guilty.
  16. You have seen that to make the comparrison?
  17. What? How dare they rate a QB with only half a years experience whos praise always comes with the tag ".......for a rookie" and has yet to reach his potential going into his second year a 79 in the latest video game! He should have been given a 200 rating, don't they know he shows Poise! The only one listed above that I might question is Chris Redman. But Matt Ryan, Brady Quinn and Jemarcus Russell are all first round QB's with first round talent (apparantly). Its no surprise that those guys are rated higher then a 3rd rounder who may have potential to be a good starter. Todd Collins is an NFL vet who played really well for Washington to end the year, and Jason Campbell has played well and has more experience.
  18. I think McGahee won the job over Henry, they didn't just give it to him. And the plan was to go with what most teams are going with today and having a RB tandem, except Henry didn't want it that way, and he wanted out cause he would have to fight for his job. A Tandem of McGahee and Henry could have been one of the best tandems in the league I guess that Lynch should feel shafted too because they brought in Jackson, and drafted Omen this year
  19. What evidence was there besides the fact that Vick owned the house but didn't live there? At the time I said that its possible he had nothing to do with it and that isn't he innocent until proven Guilty, and was told that this isn't a court of law, and we can make our own decisions based on whats reported. I guess the part about how it doesn't work that way though if its a Bills player was left out
  20. No, but I'm sure that Lynch and Hardy have just been distracted and angered by the Bills not drafting linemen higher so that they have Pro Bowl level backups
  21. The cops are also corrupt and racist, always making thins up too. Everyone here would have the same reaction if he wasn't a Bill, he's innocent until proven guilty, although when the original story came out about Vick and everyone jumped on him immediatly for what the media was "reporting", I asked about the innocent until proven guilty and was told this isn't a court of law, and that we can judge our opinions ourselves based on the "facts being reported". Everything will be fine, He will be interviewed in the next couple days and tell us all it is just a big mis-understanding and that will end all speculation that he may have done something wrong.
  22. I thought I was the only one that enjoyed that one. But I don't remember Stiller in it, It was Matthew Broderick with Jim Carrey in the lead, Jack Black played his friend I probably wouldn't have liked it as much if Stiller was a lead in it, Theres only one Stiller that makes me laugh and its Jerry Another one that I liked was Death to Smoochy
  23. Why would you say that? Hardy has never done anything wrong The papers would publish a story about how Ralph saw him with ambushing him, but we can't believe him cause he is old, and Hardy and Tolbert would just come out later and tell us all it was a big misunderstanding and that would be that.
  24. Well, he was a better o co-ordinator then head coach................. But that doesn't say much At best he could end up being a decent o-cordinator, but I doubt he ever gets another sniff as a headcoach in the NFL unless he does some remarkable work as a co-ordinator and or does really well as a coach in the college ranks, or he can't make a league wide coaches (and potential coaches) meeting that becomes part of a terrorist plot killing off all the NFLs coaches leaving the choice only him or people who have no NFL experience
  25. They copied that in Cincy, except it wasn't a birthday gesture They were taking his wallet
