So all the games this Saturday are NFLN only? WTF? I was just looking for the games and none of them are on....

But you can find stupid ***** in pretty much all of the movies. The difference is that everyone has put the originals on such a high pedestal thinking they are perfection and nothing will come close to them. Meanwhile they are just as flawed.

In response to above (I won't quote it so it gets reposted though), that's the problem with some of the critics and people today. They get bent out of shape because they wanted it to be something else or follow some other sort of story that may hVe been from a book or comic that when they make My kind of change, they are outraged! Star Wars is not real, it's make believe, it's a space sci Fi movie. The originals werent cinematic Marvel's of the highest quality acting and storey. They are just fun, entertaining movies. This is why I role my eyes at the recent comments about the Marvel movies and their complaints about them. They are comic book action movies. No one is going to it because they are the Equivelant of a Shakespeare play or expect them to be that way. I don't expect them to be praise by critics as cinematic masterpieces. They are what they are, action movies with explosions and enjoyable characters. The stuff critics praise and give awards to tend to not be as enjoyable and in most cases are overrated whole trying to be too artistic.

I enjoyed it, I also didn't have an issue with the Last Jedi. It's seems most that have taken issues and hate any of the films are the hardcore fanboys who are mad that it didn't follow a book or comic or their own fan fiction exactly as it was written. I did find there were a few things that happened and a few scenes where I thought it was rushed or were confusing, plus a few times where someone or something was introduced and didn't really add much except for giving Disney a potential spinoff or another toy to market.

Getting hurt from carrying the offence. Don't worry, Botts will study the roster, scour the NHL, and spend weeks researching and debating ideas for a trade that never happens to improve the team until another season is over..........

Just got back I can't believe Chewie is really Reys Dad And then there was that weird part near the middle where they just played the star wars christmas movie But what was really shocking is how Ironman is revived and comes back to save the Rebellion from Thanos!

Am I the only one who wants to kick Baby Yoda through the uprights whenever I see it? I haven't even watched the Mandolorian yet and I'm already sick of seeing him. I bet Disney is scrambling to do a spinoff show for him right now. Maybe a few. I bet Teenage Yoda could be a hit! They could do 'Young Yoda' with Jim Parsons narrating the story of Yodas childhood growing up in East Texas. This could go in the TIL thread too, but on the radio they were talking about Baby Yoda and the obsession and they said there are people who are obsessed with figuring out how he could be breast fed so they have contacted lactation experts to find out how it could be done.......

Because the hatred for him is very strong still here because fans didn't get to see him run out of town with a Vince McMahon style public humiliation firing and he left on his own. He is the Bills fans Ex-Girlfriend they just can't get over.....

The Yankees spend their money, but they also make alot more then almost everyone else. The problem in Toronto is that their ownership is a corporaion and not an individual owner. They can't just spend whatever they feel like. Most teams today are making most of their revenue from big TV deals, but the Jays ownership owns the station so they can't get a huge TV deal like others. Since they are owned by a corporation, they are also a bottom line team where they have to turn a profit or atleast break even because of the shareholders. It sucks because they are in one of the biggest markets but act like a small market team.

I wouldn't be surprised, I assumed Bumgarner was older then he was cause he seems to be wearing down. Ryu was runner up for the NL CY Young last season. I think he ends up an Angel after declining any offers from the Dodgers who seem to want everyone else over him. Can't see him choosing Toronto even if they make a huge offer. I would rather see them make an effort to get Keuchel and maybe even Tehran or another next tier FA.

There was a report that came out that had an agent say that the Jays are doing Diligence on everyone, but 905 of it is just Diligence and isn't going any further then basically just checking in..... They have made offers, but players are turning them down and taking less elsewhere (moustakis turned them down after they met at his house, Gregorious turned them down after he said they could give him alot of time at Short, One of the pitchers took a shorter deal with the Mets, a few others decided to just go back to their teams.) Looking at some of the guys they are going after, I don't understand why they couldnt wait to get rid of Stroman.

I didn't even realize he left this last time. I read an article recently about him doing a solo album where he plays keyboard instead of guitar but figured it was during his off time with the band. My brother is a big RHCPs fan and he is just hoping that Fruschiantes solo stuff doesn't end up influencing anything new by the Chilli Peppers.

Don't think it really matters I wouldn't be afraid of facing the Colts in the playoffs so if they win or lose out it won't really affect the Bills

There's no doubt the Pats organization was behind this and someone working for them did something against the rules that can be considered cheating. There fore the organization and Kraft can and should be punished for it. Kraft is the owner and is responsible for anything that is done be a Pats employee. It would be difficult to prove that BB or Brady had anything to do with this though and without evidence they can't do too much against them. We all know it's most likely that BB used any info given to him no matter where it came from, but without proof it's difficult to punish him for it. Kraft will probably be given a big fine, and they will lose some picks, but I doubt they face anything more
