  1. Way to be classy Buffalo, Way to add to your current reputation in a season where McKelvin has his house vandilised after a loss, and Whitners house is broken into the next game, way to try and beat out Raiders fans for "classiest NFL fans" If you aren't happy, go get a beer at half time, but to boo or doing anything disrespectful for the only reason there is a NFL team in Buffalo, that just screams "classy"
  2. I would hope that too, he doesn't deserve the Boo's just for the fact that without him, there would be no Buffalo Bills or NFL in Buffalo. If it happens that the "fans" decide to boo, I really hope he gets on the mike and announces that he just sold the team to Toronto starting next year
  3. Why does everyone think Polian is this football GM God? What has he done since leaving Buffalo? He had one of the best QB's to play the game fall into his lap while drafting at the top of the draft and has won 1 Super bowl. His defences have been mediocre all while they ride a strong offence made up of some high draft picks cause they were bad for so long. Where would Polian be without Manning being a Colt?
  4. And if you think he is a true HOFer, your a TO homer. The guy has the potential/ability to be a HOFer, if he cared as much about his play on the field as his twittering. Take out all of his antics, and TO is just another decent WR
  5. Just because they are under the cap, doesn't mean they have all this free money just laying around. The cap is just a figure that is set by the league, but it doesn't mean that all teams have that amount of cash coming in
  6. Remember, the o-line actually played pretty good until the lost BOTH starting tackles, and have become even younger and more inexperienced because of it. Peters struggled last year and was voted a Pro-Bowler off his previous play (something that many analists have said happens in Pro Bowl voting with o-linemen) Peters wasn't going to stay unless he was payed as a the highest olinemen in the league. Bell held his own until he got hurt. Walker was cut because he was uninterested in playing LT.
  7. Evans atleast caught the ball when it was thrown to him, and the defensive line played well, along with teh entire defence until the offence kept passing the game back to them going 3 and out or giving the ball back to Miami. I won't blame the defence today considering they spent so much time on the field due to the anemic offence and a secondary with only one starter playing
  8. Because Trent is the saviour of the franchise and has poise Everyone else around him along with the coaches suck
  9. Why do people seem to think that just because the Bills cut a player and "saved" some money that it means Ralph has that money just sitting at his home collecting dust? Maybe the reason he cut the player to save money was because it could help keeping the team out of the red? Its not like Buffalo is just rolling in Dough
  10. You realise that Cameron Wake was taken from the CFL because he was playing so well NFL teams were trying to sign him away? He was one of the best defensive players in the CFL, and he had a great game against a Bills team playing backups (one a guy they cut during the preseason) at BOTH tackle positions. Maybin on the other hand missed the entire preseason. He deserves some flack for missing the preseason and not being ready to start/play, but its pretty early to call him a bust. Also Denney and Kelsay have played well recently along with Schoabel, but hey, lets continue to run them out of town
  11. I said it when he signed, he drops alot of balls, his numbers look so good cause he demands the ball alot and gets thrown to so much. The reason why he demands so many catches are because he is going to drop 30-50% of them. A friend of mine was a TO/Cowboys fanand even he used to joke about TO droping more passes then any other WR Right now he is a high priced decoy, brought here to sell tickets and merchandise to the lemming (uh, I mean fans) and bring media coverage to Buffalo
  12. HC position will end up going to April. He will be moved up to HC, Fewell might take over the Assistant spot until atleast the offseason. If they don't show they can improve the team, they may look at one of the "choice" assitants and offer them a HC job, but they will not land one of the big names not coaching right now (Cowher, Gruden, etc). People do realise that just like FA's, they have to want to come to Buffalo too. Maybe they could take away one of the HC's in the UFL, but Cowher and those kind of coaches won't be coming to Buffalo, and they also don't necessarily mean success. But if Jauron is canned during the season, then April is most likely (about 99% likely) going to be moved up, and if they decide to go elsewhere in the offseason, April and the assistants are gone
  13. Hopefully he takes Edwards, TO, and some others with him.................
  14. And you realise that the guy that is replacing him didn't play this week due to being injured. Blame not having him all you want, but theres more problems to the offence then the LT spot
  15. I don't know, I'm not defending DJ, but your comparing his comments to a coach who just won his third straight game, and another who lost a close game for his first loss of the year. His offensive line is very young, and inexperienced. They will go through growing pains and struggle, should he scream at them and blow up the line again just because of a bad game?
  16. So instead he just gives short answers and while trying desperatly not to trip up and say what he really wants too. If he is going to lie, atleast do a better job at it. His attitude and comments just made him look like he is trying to say the right things while covering for how he really feels. Just watch his attitude on the field. He almost never comes back to the rest of the team before the snap, takes a half hearted approach when he lines up, and looks like he is just going through the motions when he knows he isn't getting the ball. Even my friend who is a Cowboys fan and sat next to me during the game would sit there and point out T.O before a play and say that you can tell when he is getting the ball and when he isn't. He is putting in more of an effort on twitter getting into arguments then he does on the field
  17. Saw the reply on the big screen behind me at the game and he was not down since I believe the rule requires his knees or shouldersto hif the ground. Neither of them touched as he rolled over the Saints player, but because they blew the play dead at that spot, theres not much to review, it did look like they talked with the officials about it before. As for not going for it on 4th and 1, the bills were at the 28 in tehir own end, if they didn't make it (and watching the offence yesterday, chances are they don't), they give the Saints the ball in easy FG range if NO cant score the TD. I don't completly blame them for not going for it at that time. A TD at that point almost puts the game out of reach, and at that point the game was still winable for Buffalo. It was still early enough to stop the Saints and get the ball back to tie or take the lead with a TD
  18. Harrison sadly is right, TO is a clown and he gets by on his antics. If he put half the effort into his on field play as he does with his "twittering" and his reality show, the Bills offence might look like an NFL offence The guy is just going through the motions, you can tell by his attitude on the field and his press conferences after. I realise he doesn't want to say things that are going to make headlines, but the answers he was giving yesterday are enough to show what he is really thinking, and thats that he is not happy here now, but he doesn't want to show it
  19. He was probably too busy during the game posing for his HOF Bust and working on his speech for his uinduction onto the Wall of Fame next home game. The guy has 12 career NFL catches, get him in there, he is obviously a game changer already and deserves to be a starter!
  20. Alot of the time tehy were getting open enough that a decent QB could get them the ball deep to make a play on it. Unfortunatly for the Bills, If T.O. would put in the same effort on the field as he does using Twitter, the Bills offence might look like an NFL offence
  21. Would you still think the same thing if they missed and gave the ball to NO in easy FG range at the 28? Its not like the Bills were moving at will on the Saints all game
  22. Seriously, stop blaming the Coaching for everything that is wrong with the team, we get it, the coaching sucks, but they can only do so much. Do you think Brady or manning (either of them) or Rothlesberger, or McNabb, or <insert decent starter here> would all of the sudden become "Captain Check down" in the Bills offence and the offence would look the same? Maybe the coaching staff has to play conservative because the QB doesn't have the ability to make the big play? Maybe its the players to blame for making the coaching staff look worse? In the "no huddle offence" the Qb calls most of the plays from the line, so if he thinks he can make a big play, he can call it, the coaching staff isn't telling him exactly what to run. Its funny how the Bills can add a supposedly future HOFer, and big play receiver, adding him to an offence with a serious running threat, and a decent, although young, o-line, and still get the same results over the last couple seasons, where the only similarities seem to be HC and QB. Trents balls are in a vice because he can't make the big plays and might not be a big play NFL QB, He might just be Kelly Holcomb 2.0, and efficient QB who looks good on paper cause he keeps hitting his checkdown receiver And seriously, the offence was bad because there was no use of a 2nd year, late round draft pick WR with about 12 career NFL catches???
  23. You mean like week one when Brady looked like he hadn't missed a game in over a year? Or Last week when they made Leftwich look like a lock for the HOF, or how they let Brees throw all over them at will? Oh wait a minute.............................
  24. they just told everyone in section 101-102 to keep out ofthe aisles, like my friends girlfriend who's foot was partially in the aisle. At one point we couldn't sit down because our side of the row was so crowded for some reason
  25. Quit blaming everything on DJ. He's not a great coach, but he can only do so much to get player ready. The players then have to execute on the field. When your QB throws a check down on a 4th and 23 in their own zone, you can't turn around and blame the coach for that decision
