Meathead [Gronkowski] strikes again
apuszczalowski replied to Just Jack's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Riggle is usually funnier, but his spot I saw last night that was just a giant commercial for planet fitness was just sad....... That's really insulating to Bradshaw........ -
I'm thinking he will have too much on his plate planning for the 2nd round instead....

NFL Black Monday - Coaching Changes
apuszczalowski replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We haven't seen a bad offence from him, they are 10-6, well unless you ignore wins and losses and go by points scored and yards, and they scored enough points to win 10 games and make the playoffs..... -
NFL Black Monday - Coaching Changes

The Cowboys would be attractive because its one of the biggest franchise in the league, but you have an owner that is also the GM. He does seem to be loyal to his guys though. He doesn't usually make quick decisions to fire guys and lets them work things out. He gave Garrett alot of time as the HC to win there. But they have to decide if Dak is worth tying up alot of Cap in, or find someone else. Carolina has an older, injured starter and no one else at QB, they have a few good pieces and might be able to turn things around fairly quickly, plus like I said above, the ownership seems to be loyal to their guys and aren't making quick decisions to fire guys. The Browns franchise is a total dumpster fire and should be at the bottom of the list. They have a revolving door in their coaching and front office spots and a bunch of Diva 'stars' on the roster that will be a huge task to try and get them working together as a team. The Jags have some talent in place but need a QB, the problem is if they have an ownership that can spend to get the talent and would you like to be relocated to London soon? The Redskins have a young QB who could be talented enough to be good and talent in a bunch of areas, the owner will spend money, and as long as he has decided to let his front office guys make the decisions it could be a good place to land as a HC. I wouldn't say this is the worst place to end up -

Only 2 years where tehy did not make a HC change (2015 & 2017), Haslams HR department must love working overtime........ -
Bills at Texans Playoff Game, Saturday 4:35 pm
apuszczalowski replied to wppete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills offence can barely do that in 4 quarters....... Terry & Kim have moved the 7pm Sabres game on Saturday to a 1pm start so there will be no overlap of the games and fans can catch both games -
Cowboys entire staff fired (as of 2 pm: Disputed)
apuszczalowski replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Not much more then usual, they typically get to pick their entire staff and decide if the guys in place are going to be retained or let go and in a few cases, maybe a few lower level guys are retained but usually these guys like to bring in all of their own guys -

I was expecting Jerry to Shock the world and extend them all, Cause Jerry is Crazy! But is it a big shock to see them fire everyone? typically thats what happens when a coach gets fired, although many times they don't fully let the staff go, they tell them they can look elsewhere and the new coach can pick if any of them will be retained -

Ron Rivera hired as HC in Washington [edited title]
apuszczalowski replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hear that he is a hardworking blue collar guy, that was his 'Lunchbox' So the Redskins may have a new coach hired before Jerry fires his coach that everyones known would be fired since Halloween? -
49ers & Saints are the 2 top from the NFC Packers offence is almost as bad as the Bills and they were winning very ugly, I don't see them beating the better NFC teams Eagles backed into the playoffs because no one seemed to want to win that division and atleast one team had to make it, they are not going to get past the WC weekend Seahawks were one of the best before they lost their entire running game to IR, They should beat the Eagles, but they won't go far Vikings have been pretty bad too and I don't think they are going to beat the better teams either, Saints should beat them

Actually, I read an article recently that talked about how the Browns didn't recognize they had it right all already at the end of the season before tehy blew it up. Mayfield was thriving with Kitchens as the OC and Greg as the HC, should have stuck with that instead of moving Kitchens up to HC and letting Greg go. If theres one thing about Greg, he seems to run a tight ship that would keep some of these guys in line instead of Kitchens Frat House atmosphere that seemed to be going on.

I would expect an announcement right near the end of the game tonight, maybe at half time with the 2 options with the results of this game shown. -
You would have to make all division games played before week 17, otherwise it would eliminate division record from the tie breaker cause the last week is now only divisional games. You would then also have to leave all the games unscheduled for week 17 and have some way of determining the reason for each team playing each other. It also wouldn't work without making week 16 this way because you could end up with teams playing an additional home or road game instead of equal home and away. It would be a nightmare to do and throw off any balance in the scheduling. Might be better then forcing the Bills to have to play the Jets for no reason other then stats.....

I don't think the Saints are trying anymore and they are still going to blow them out......
