Trestman Wants To Stay In Canada
apuszczalowski replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In his second season as the HC, and after taking them to the championship in his first season. But you can't even consider the guy, c'mon, he coached in the CFL, thats not football and you can never have success in the NFL after playing in the "minor leagues". Just ask Flutie, Garcia, Marv Levy................ The only way to win is to hire Cowher, Gruden, or Shanahan -
Weis may be able to double dip

Does it really matter any more? If Fewell keeps this team playing like they have been, the coaching search is over and they will shift focus to some talent evaluators or even a full time GM -
Is It A Bad Thing For Us To Keep Winning Games?
apuszczalowski replied to H2o's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Have you ever read posts by members here? Yes they care about a "big name" cause thats the only way to win, and having a high pick will allow the Bills to keep trading down and accumulating more picks -
I'm sure it also has nothing to do with having a bad shoulder right now. Why do Bills fans always have to have a "Whipping Boy" that has to be traded/cut??

Its not good if you are still Hell bent on getting a "Top Tier" Head coach. If the Bills keep playing this way, they will be turning down Shanahan or whomever and be keeping Fewell as the Head Coach, and if he keeps this team playing like they are now, I'm 100% behind this. The real search should be for a true football guy to come in and at the very least, work as a team with Brandon as GM. -
So, the Edwards era is over

My point is basically, why does one have to be the starter? Why not both, a 1A and 1B? -

if she was really 60 then I would agree. Skeletor with Fake breasts describes her best -

Anyone that seriously thinks the Bills need to just get rid of Lynch knows nothing about the NFL today. You need 2 good starting backs today. Do you think Miami fans complain that Williams needs to start over Brown (or vice versa?) Jackson and Lynch both bring 2 different things to the Bills offence. Jackson is more of the speed rusher, he has that burst that gets him around guys, while Lynch is more of the power back thats going to drag defenders for a couple of extra yards. I don't know why Bills fans always have to find something wrong with everything instead of appreciating what they have. -
The only reason to say no is cause you don't want Chris Browns Sloppy Seconds. Otherwise, sure, why not, I'm not a picky guy

Ex home to the Detroit Lions, purchased for less then what you could buy an apartment for in New York City.......... The plan is to renovate it and use it for events/concerts and MLS. Can't see Detroit having the demand and $$$ to support 2 large venues for concerts and events. Probably make your money back quicker by leveling the stadium and rezoning the property to build some homes and buisnesses. You could always try and get a Bass Pro......................

They would if it was a winning team whose name started with Toronto

Chris Polian Named Colts GM
apuszczalowski replied to cmjoyce113's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What a surprise, Jesus stays in Indy where it was pretty well known they expected him to take over. I just wonder what GODs record as GM in Indy would be if they didn't have Manning............ 1 SB win/appearance with the Colts in over a decade................. -
Jays and Raptors attendance has been dwindling because of poor products being put out there. The Jays have been a .500 team for the last decade and their only hope of making the playoffs is to beat out the "evil empire" of the Yankees and Red Sox. If Toronto was successful in getting a team, AND they were competitive year in and year out, they would get support. The Leafs can be horrible and still sell out at high prices because of their tradition and it being Hockey.
-
If there is no market available to take them, they will just fold. Its not like they are just going to continue to keep a team in the market and let them lose money if they can't find a new owner to keep them in Buffalo As for Toronto, the only losing sports team they support is the Leafs. Between Bills fans in Buffalo that refuse to support them when they aren't in buffalo, and Toronto fans not wanting to support a losing team at inflated prices, I'm not surprised they can't sell out. Also add in the fact that they know that this is being done to support a team somewhere else, not in Toronto, and Argo/Ticats fans in the area that are afraid that the NFL could come in and damage their league

Why haven't the Bills signed a OL Yet...
apuszczalowski replied to ganesh's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Can they sign someone before the last game of the week? i.e. the MNF game -
NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not Klopfenstein! Now the Bills are definitly screwed! Throw in Pre-First Ballot HOFer Stevie "the greatest WR to barely play the game" Johnson being inactive and its a wonder why the bills don't just forfeit the game
-
Don't they know that he is a future HOFer?
-
In other words, he won't go anywhere where they won't spend money for the players he wants. Thats what they mean by a comitment to winning. Every team is trying to win, its just how much are they willing to spend to try and win, thats why I am not surprised to hear that he was interested in the Washington position
