Marshawn Lynch 'is not available'
apuszczalowski replied to earthtobrint's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills aren't starving for Draft picks, they have one in each round I believe, and Nix is not the kind of GM who is willing to deal them away or trade them to move around in the draft. it was only one game, and Miami played to stop the run all day cause they knew trent couldn't beat them. They will get all 3 RB's into the game more as the season moves on. Lynch and Jackson getting hurt and missing the preseason really hurt Gaileys game planning cause they couldn't practice what they planned to do without them. And this was Jackson first game back with a protective cover on his hand. Unless its a steal for the Bills, trading any of the 3 RB's right now is a bad idea, unless they feel that Bell is ready to step in as a starter -

Interesting Rumor on BB.com Message Board

Thats not exactly what i am saying, Lynch is still a very good back, but in this league, you have no name guys (like the Texans RB this week) having big games or coming out from no where and having good years all the time. -

People really believe that the Packers would have to add something into a deal for a RB? RB's are a dime a dozen in this league and easier to find then o-linemen, or LB's. If the Packers were looking to dump Hawk, it would be straight up, or it would be the Bills throwing in a draft pick. -
Backups better than all of our QB's
apuszczalowski replied to maverick544's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wouldn't say None It would be alot more valid if some of them had taken NFL snaps before.......... -
"Its ok, Its not your fault, if your team would have only drafted o-line players you would be breaking Jim Kellys Bills Records"

Yes Sir, Chan Gailey - "Super Offensive Genius"
apuszczalowski replied to BillsPhan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The point was to get out of the bad field position where a punt would probably still keep miami in FG range where they will kill the clock and go down by 6, or take the safety and attempt an onside kick, which they attempted. This way you are still less then a TD away and take the chance of possibly getting the ball back. Not going to argue with that one -

Easier said then done when Miami basically lined up all game to stop the run and force the QB to beat them. -
HAHAHA DONT DRAFT A QUARTERBACK
apuszczalowski replied to akm0404's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Offensive line was man handled cause the Dolphins weren't affraid of our QB and were challenging him all day, basically taunting him to beat them with his arm. They loaded up against the run all day and threw everything at him forcing him to throw. They knew that if they stopped the run, they could win cause they don't have a QB who can beat them. They could have used the entire draft on the best o-line players available and they still would look bad because they don't have a threat at QB. Look at the Packers, horrible o-line, but they look better cause they have a QB that teams have to plan for and have to respect cause if given the chance, he is good enough to beat them with his arm -
The QB is the problem......we all know it!
apuszczalowski replied to sven233's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think anyone is trying to say that, but even with a better o-line, the current QB is still going to make them look bad when teams challenge him all day because they don't have to respect his arm and can just stack the box all day and rush. A good QB can make a mediocre o-line look much better then a good o-line can make a mediocre QB look better. Just look at GB as a great example of that. -
WOW, Detroit gets SCREEEEWED, the refs are terrible.

Apparently, according to NFL rules, that was incomplete, but it really shouldn't be and probably wouldn't have been depending on how you interpret the rule -
If it wasn't for the couple of times that he was right in front of the camera when tehy broke the huddle, and his one penalty, I would have forgot that he even played for Miami. He didn't play horrible, but he doesn't deserve the current praise as if he was the reason why they won. He was an o-linemen with serious mental/aggression issues that was brought in to fill the roster last year. He didn't want to be here, and the new coaching staff weren't impressed enough with him that they felt he was worth fighting to bring back in. Its not as easy as just saying that they just had to tender him and move some other guys around and he would be a starter here. Its just like how the Chargers just have to tender McNeil and Jackson and they have a premier LT and WR starting for them this year. Incognito could have refused to sign the tender and sit until they let him go or try and trade him.

Whitners mouth/Twitter is a curse
apuszczalowski replied to saundena's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wasn't responding to you, I was responding to the guy that says he is garbage and should be dealt to a team weak at Safety tomorrow for an o-linemen. And he really hasn't been any worse with his mouth or Twitter then any other athlete that has an account. How dare he actually be optimistic and predict a Bills win! Only in Buffalo would a player be run out of town for showing some optimisim! -
Who here actually predicted playoffs?????? Some here predicted 7 wins, which is reasonable even with how they played today, and there is no way they are the worse team in the league, Did you watch any of the other games today? Chicago struggled against the Lions, Cleveland and Tampa looked bad against each other, Cinncy with Batman and Robin were blown out by the Pats and it would have been worse if NE didn't let up a little bit (TO and OCHO couldn't get to the Lockerroom fast enough before halftime that they actually missed the last play of the half), Carolina wasn't too impressive, Oakland was brutal too. Right now Buffalo is tied with half the league, including Minnesota and Indy
-
Serious or not, its not like he would make this offence any worse, atleast we know that with less then 30 seconds in the game, theres a chance our QB might be able to go deep and connect with Lee It would help if the Bills had a threat behind centre that could keep the defences honest and have to worry that they could complete a pass. That would allow the running game to get going

Whitners mouth/Twitter is a curse
apuszczalowski replied to saundena's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If Whitner sucks so bad that a FAN can see that he is garbage, why would a team, even one weak at safety want the guy? And if they did, why would they trade Buffalo for even a semi decent o-linemen??????? Man people are stupid.............. For those who actually saw the game, the reason the Bills lost was because they don't have an offence, and don't have a QB. Miami knew that they could sit back and just stop the run all day cause theres no way that Edwards was going to beat them with his arm. The defence, mostly because of the play of the DB's, did a great job holding Miami back all day and keeping the Bills close. Problem was that just like last year, unless they were getting in the endzone, they weren't going to be scoring much. -
How is this a "Polian Like" deal? when was the last time the Colts traded a couple high draft picks for a big name player?
-
Whitner says this and everyone complains Jackson, Wood, Byrd, etc say this and the fans would be talking about how they are great leaders on this team Its because fans still have their panties in a bunch that he was drafted where he was, and they want to find every reason they can to hate him Whitner & Maybin could lead the team to a 19-0 record and fans here would still talk about how they never should have been drafted, and that they suck

Any TBD'ers in St. Catharines?
apuszczalowski replied to Buffalo Billy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Theres probably no Bills Backers place because you are only a 30 minute drive to Buffalo, doing the speed limit and if the Bridge isn't too busy J Tapps, isn't that up by the Walmart on Bunting and Welland? -
Adam Shefter says that Revis and Jets have Agreed
apuszczalowski replied to Lv-Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
From whats being reported, it sounds like it is a 1 year thing, which kind of sucks. I was hoping he would get a huge LT deal. I would love to see what would happen when the Salary cap goes back in to place and the jets would have to fit under the cap again. Seems like they were one fo the only teams to really go all out this year and spend for a championship. Although knowing our luck, there would be something in the new CBA that would give them expemptions to get back under the cap -
The Texans? not even Pete Caroll and the Seahawks wanted him?
