Same thing could be said that Bills fans are always looking for the greener grass on the other side. Nobody on the team is good and everyone else on another team is always better. How many times has a player been released or let go by another team for a reason (out of shape, too old and brittle, currently injured, etc.) and fans are always talking about bringing that player in because they are such an upgrade over what the Bills currently have

KELSAY ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE, THEY JUST RE-SIGNED THE GUY TO AN EXTENSION LAST SEASON. ENOUGH WITH THINKING HE IS GOING TO GET CUT. THE FRONT OFFICE AND COACHING STAFF LIKE HIM AND FEEL HE IS A GOOD PLAYER.

People have hated Kelsay around here for alot longer then just this last season.....

Your typical response to this will be that the Eagles, Skins, Ravens and Steelers are all better teams and thats why they don't think the same way. You will also get responses telling you that teh team has been so bad for so long that its teh reasaon why fans would think this way (its good for the team to come in dead last) You also have to remember that its "Self-appointed" greatest fans, thats a title that every team has. I doubt the team with the true "Greatest Fans" don't wish that the owner would die, coaches be fired every offseason because they haven't turned the team around in the one year they have been in charge, Praise a player one week for making a great play and then run them out of town the next week making them their new whipping boy, Complain because the owner won't make a couple million a season selling naming rights to the stadium yet complain that when they sell one game a year to a location about an hour away and make multi millions,and whine and cry every year that they don't spend like they were the Cowboys or Redskins while enjoying the cheapest tickets in the league

Maybe if Ralph wasn't so cheap WGR would be a better station......

I heard the same thing while driving home. I almost never listen to Am except for when I am driving and the Sabres are playing, but with the quick FA this year in the NFL and baseballs deadline coming up, I was occassionally tuning into some AM sports talk stations and heard this and laughed cause i figured someone here would be complaining about this. Somone called in wanting to talk about the Bills, but they cut him off and said they weren't talking Bills, they were only taking calls about a "comedy movie Draft" they saw somewhere.

i think the Bills may be trying something new, they will strap Maybin onto Dareus's back and he will ride Dareus into the backfield and then break off of him and go for the sack Gailey is pretty good with the trick plays

word is that the Bills are working today to get all of their picks signed, then will negotiate with Burnett. Maybe burnett also just wants to make sure that he has all the offers in front of him first before he makes a decision? I would say that its a very good thing if he agreed with the Bills and will come back to them after getting a chance to shop around, some players may have just turned and said no thanks to them if they said they wanted to wait to negotiate

Did they do this much last year? I don't remember many games where all 3 QB's were dressed on game days Also, this is a different situation then in years past where you couldn't swap in your #3 QB for a few plays then put your starter back in. I can't see them dressing a #3 QB whos job will mostly consist of fetching Thigpen and Fitz their water and help Thigpen hold his clipboard.

EXACTLY, the #3QB position has now been changed in the new NFL rules and it is basically a new position for teams to have someone run their Wildcat offences. This is what Smith was brought in for, the Bills are taking advantage of this new rule and bringing in someone directly for it. Again EXACTLY, Chan loves Roscoe, he has even said he is working on more plays to get him the Ball more. He was having a great year until his injury last season. He isn't going anywhere

Levi will be either cut at the end of training camp (like last year) or put on the practice squad as an emergency/practice QB. he won't be given an actual Roster spot on this team unless its an emergency, or he can beat out Fitz or Thigpen. There is no way parrish is gone, Chan loves what he brings to the field and he was looking good last year, Chan has also said he needs to design more plays to get Parrish the Ball

Smith ends up as the #3 QB listed for game days and comes in as a WR, RB or QB in the Wildcat offence. If Fitz or THigpen go down with an injury, Levi or someone else gets activated from the Practice Squad and comes in to be the backup. Its not tough to figure out guys, With the new rule change that basically gives the teams a "Wildcat option QB" on game days (the #3 QB is now allowed to come in for plays and then be removed again for the starting QB), the Bills did something smart and picked up a player that they can use to use this new rule to their advantage.

Its true, the upgraded package was for the Canadian planes, it includes a cup holder molded to keep our Timmies cups from spilling when taking off

Or you can go out and get guys that can help the offence score so that if/when the other teams score because the defence isn't elite yet, they can march back down the field and actually be a threat to score a TD. You can win a game 3-0 or you can win it 54-51, either one counts the same in the standings

In 5 years, playing in 60 games, he has scored 33 TD's (about once every 2 games) Alot more Hype then production, and while its decent, Its not something I'm going to crap my pants over thinking it makes the Dolphins a bigger threat then what they have had with Brown and Williams

Didn't the Dolphins also draft a few years ago a WR that was known for being a great return man? Now he is in San Fran after he did nothing in miami

Same could be said about Roscoe, Spiller, McKelvin, etc.....

Can't say I'm worried at all, What has Bush really accomplished so far in this league? He was more well known for getting picked 2nd overall, being in a scandal that could take away his Heisman, and dating Kim Kardashian. Otherwise he hasn't been much of a threat on the field

They have? They had to pretty much beg 2 players to decide to come play in Buffalo (Ehroff and Regher) and still overpay one of them (Ehroff). Then they had to overpay for a Winger with one good year (mostly one good playoff) to come be their big C signing this offseason. Players still aren't banging down the doors of HSBC arena to come play here, just because they have an owner willing to throw around more money then Pacman Jones at a strip club.

What players have the Bills let go and not been able to re-sign? This year Poz? - They made an attempt to re-sign him and he went to the team willing to grossly overpay for him and play in the defence he feels more comfortable in (the 4-3). He was an adequate player (never spectacular, never sniffed a Pro Bowl) who was often injured. Sucks he left creating a hole, but he is replaceable Whitner? - he was practically run out of town by the fans here the second they drafted him Previous Years Clements? - Wanted to test FA and got what he wanted, to be Grossly overpaid, hasn't been the same since leaving Winfield and Williams? - That was about a decade ago Lynch and McGahee? - Both were traded by the team, and the Fans were pushing for these guys to leave because one insulted them by not gushing over how the City of Buffalo is far better then NY or LA, and the other the fans thought of as a thug and were worried he would be suspended if he stayed longer Losman and Edwards? - Do I need to write more? How many players have the Bills drafted and let walk have gone on and had better careers elsewhere?
