Dunno. Maybe the strategy would have been different if Nostradamus had told him ahead of time that his biggest off-season WR free agent acquisition would be out for an indeterminate time with a semi-fatal toe injury, one of his anticipated free-agent WR signings would be gone after a fatal toe injury, and another would be folded up into his autobot/vehicle form on an awkward hit.
There's only so many draft picks / roster slots to go around. Bills injury history with positional group clusters is wild (DB & LB last year, WR and S this year).
