    How does it work signing someone from another team practice squad? Do you get to bring that person in for a workout and physical after asking the other team or do you have to sign him site unseen (except from prior scouting/knowledge?

    Do rules allow for Byrd to be traded conditionally..ie, if other team signs him for one year, we get x draft pick, if signs for three years, we get y (higher) draft pick, etc?

    I think the Bills will let this season tank and trade Byrd for pick(s). They'll pick up one of the three QBs coming in and will leave the secondary and left guard as is. Just my opinion...I don't think Littman/Overdorf will allow spending any more this season.
