1) That punt was the dumbest decision I can remember from a Bills HC. Dumber than benching Stevie. Dumber than benching Moulds. Just plain stupid. I'm sure there's a dumber decision that I'm missing, but it isn't coming to mind right now. 2) Nick Barnett is hardly the problem. Sure, he's not the solution, but he isn't the problem. 3) Gilmore had an incredibly great game--breakups, tackles, everything--this week and last, until the PI call. The loss is not on him. And if it weren't for him, you might have been looking at a bigger point differential. He was great today.

I had heard 90-1. They did start the season unranked. I don't know if it's going to be Alabama or Georgia, but either way, it's going to be a good game. And I think Irish fans had better be pulling for Alabama. Something about that Georgia team seems very dangerous.

They're complex. I'm not a big fan, though; in many situations, I think it's a bad strategy. Ask Fezmid; we've been through it in chatrooms enough times. (He doesn't agree with me.) But I do think it should be available as an option. I really did think it was a sarcastic reaction to the thread on eliminating the PAT. Obviously, the wrong interpretation.
