  1. I don't understand why Spiller starts and Tuel sits. It makes no sense. Tuel can do everything that Spiller can do, plus he can throw the ball AND make your colors brighter in the laundry.
  2. Whose stat line is this, his first year with the Bills? Record 4-12, att/comp 285/480, 22 TD, 17 INT, 43 sacks, rating 83.3? (Hint, team was 1-3 in first four games, not 2-2). Let's just take it easy; EJ may or may not become what we want and need, but it's way too early to tell. Let's enjoy watching him grow and learn.
  3. Week 1. There was no reason to snap the ball with any more time than 1 second left on the play clock. Hurry up to the line and wait. Use the no-huddle and burn the clock, too, like OP said.
  4. That's one nasty looking lesion on her lip.
  5. The time that Edwards got caught with his hand in the cookie jar?
  6. Stealing cookies. Really, Juice? http://gawker.com/o-j-simpson-stole-the-cookies-from-the-cookie-jar-1391731860?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+gawker%2Ffull+%28Gawker%29
  7. Exactly what I came to say. Not just the running game, but fullbacks specifically, will be back. All it will take is one team succeeding with a stud fullback, and the rest of the league will follow.
  8. !@#$ing just say Richardson for a pick and then we won't have to sift through a crappy title. Thanks.
  9. How mind-boggling can it really be? You posted a link that you presumably clicked on before posting it. Why? The answer to that question is also the answer to your questions above.
  10. It is no better and no worse than the official QB rating. The only reason it exists is so ESPN can talk about itself some more.
  11. He did mention it as a concern, so while it may have been the least, it was there.
  12. During his presser, he mentioned that he was concerned about being fined if he removed the sweatsuit. Given that coaches are required to wear team gear on the sidelines, rather than suits--a rule that I always have hated--it may be that he is not permitted to wear a suit during the presser. I don't know; it just may be.
  13. They remain a sad, sad program. I can't believe that in nearly 20 years, UB can't pull it together.
  14. This makes sense to me. I took a cortizone shot in the shoulder because of a torn labrum, and the doc said, still, no bench press for me. Why? Because I won't feel my body telling me to stop. I'll bet that happens an awful lot with juicers.
  15. I don't want Manziel and don't think he'll be a success in the NFL, but are we talking about the same guy who threw 45 yards in the air (for only a 12 yard gain) while being chased and completely off-balance?
  16. Someone last year did a beautiful job of shooting down all the "Wilfork wife" posts. Wish I could find it.
  17. Good. That's exactly what would happen to any of us for a first-time small possession charge, too.
  18. It's not a matter of dispute. It's a matter of whether it's necessary to write the piece, which it isn't.
  19. And a pretty damned bad QB will either make or just miss the playoffs, just like every year in north Texas. And I'll go with Spiller/Freddy over McCoy. The rest of it? I'm just hopeful.
  20. They still could have run the no-huddle, rushed up to the line of scrimmage (forcing NE to keep personnel in), and taken the play clock down to :01 on those snaps, which is what should have happened.
  21. Chandler comes to mind. But really, its SJ. It's time. It's been YEARS since the Pittsburg drop. He's a great receiver with nothing to lose, but, well... ...good luck kid
  22. I wish there were an option for "Hey, they're going to at least be interesting," or something like that, but I picked option 2. I don't think playoffs next year is the reality, but I do think so for 2015. This team will be fun to watch, though.
  23. That's what I thought, too. The "news" is that he may be able to start sooner than thought, not later.
