  1. Good god, talk about arrogance. Of all the things you could say to prove your point, you chose that.
  2. How about no more "official" gameday threads started by SKOOBY. Group vote. Yay or nay. I say.. NAY.
  3. I don't think it's entirely Romo's fault. He's clearly discouraged and I think it's because of the cancer known as Terrell Owens who has apparently recruited Roy Williams into his camp. I also noticed Pacman Jones joking around with those 2 on the sidelines. It's like high school all over again on that football team and I think Romo has had enough of the drama. I'd take Romo any day of the week.
  4. Dolphins. I can't stand the Patriots despite them performing miracles without their all-world quarterback. I'd love to see them miss the playoffs. And I hate the Bretts. Chargers.
  5. See Miami Dolphins. See Atlanta Falcons. It can be done. And as far as gameday management, it can't get much worse than Dick.
  6. OK, here's your proof, folks. The coaching staff is the problem. This game is the perfect example of a good coaching staff and a bad coaching staff. There's too many examples to pick from.
  7. Down 13, going into the wind. Hehe. Looking forward to the 4'o clock games.
  8. If there's one man rooting for Dick Jauron to keep his job, it's Bellicheat.
  9. No drafting of Wide Receivers until other needs are met. K?
  10. These ideas are no good. Mike Martz? Are you kidding me?
  11. There's always hope. It would really be a nice way to finish off an otherwise depressing season. I'm really looking forward to this game, probably because it's the last Bills game we get to see until next September, but I really hope it doesn't turn out like most Bills vs. Patriots games. Here's to the Bills snapping another losing streak!
  12. Oh, Lori. The point remains the same. My bad for not having that knowledge on hand. Why you have to do that to me?
  13. Technically speaking, the losing streak ended last week when we went into Denver and won when THEY had something on the line. Oh wait, everyone says Denver isn't very good. But wait, we haven't won in Denver since the 90's. I like that. Regarding your last sentence, the ONLY bad thing about winning this game is it will likely keep Dick employed by this team. I'm torn about that. Besides that, like you mention it'll give us that hope that we seemingly have every year despite missing the playoffs for... 9 years? Despite that, I'm really hoping we have our quarterback. So, even if it means Dick retains the head coach job, I'll be rooting for a Bills victory over a team that has embarrassed us for many, many years. It's time for some redemption.
  14. You're absolutely right about the respect we give the Pats. It's sickening. Makes me dislike Dick even more considering the odds are good to great that Bellicheat considers Dick an absolute joke. He probably lets out a good ol' hearty laugh at the idea of Dick staying in the division for another few years. I really do hope we win though. John Harbaugh shouldn't be saying something like that. That's just a punk job. If this organization is soft enough to stand for that, I'd have to question my loyalty toward this team. Maybe that's overreacting. But if I'm Russ Brandon and I want to make a difference, I never forget that statement and do whatever it takes to win some damn football games. That's assuming he has enough power to make a difference.
  15. This is assuming we don't beat New England Sunday. Denver losing doesn't automatically make this thread true. It's all dependent on us beating New England. Tough task, I'll admit but lets wait and see how this plays out. If Trent looks good and we SOMEHOW beat the guys that constantly kill us, a lot of folks will be feeling different about this team despite the rapid decline from 5-1. I'm not counting on it considering the Patriots have something on the line but this is the NFL and you... never... know.
  16. Thanks for the link, that was hilarious. Justin Jenkins got me every time. Leodis.. oh Leodis.
  17. The thing is, the main premise of this thread is definite good intentions. The fact he passed the blame for JP's inadequacies to the coaching staff is annoying. Nobody really hates JP here. They just hate how he played. And there are no more excuses to be made for him. We all wanted him to succeed more than any recent quarterback, probably due to the fact he embraced Buffalo so quickly. But it just didn't work out because he's not good enough of a quarterback. The truth hurts. But to be fair, nobody should hate on JP's character as he's done his best to really be apart of Buffalo.
  18. I think it would be great if he went to the Jets. Considering our defense does everything in its power to avoid being hit with the long ball, he'd be rendered useless. But they're not that dumb. Bellicheat won't bother either. He's got enough quarterback issues on his hand (issues of the good kind).
  19. Quit making excuses for JP. He flat out sucks. He's had plenty of time to prove himself to be a competent quarterback and he's not even close to that. That was nice of him to do that for Buffalo but it doesn't mean he gets a free pass for underachieving. The coaches can only do so much. Do you blame the coaches every time he had time in the pocket and he held onto the ball too long, and took sack after sack with the occasional fumble? He is responsible for organizing the clean up project (that happened once), but to me, he's most responsible for a lot, and I mean a lot of bad memories as the quarterback of this team. Sad thing is, he's got all the tools except the one you need to succeed in this game, the brain.
  20. I wouldn't call Crowell irreplaceable. Yes, we have missed him this season but he's nowhere near the upper echelon of LBs. I think he would be valuable on any team, but he's far from being irreplaceable. Apparently the front office of this team agree with that by their actions before the season began. Peters is good but he's going to command absolute TOP dollar. Is he really worth it?
  21. Pine for? That's right, just because he listed her as his favorite actress, he yearns deeply for her. Makes perfect sense.
