This is a big day for you choads, shouldn't you be on your own message board; theres a lot more going on over there than there is here. Just a lot of bitching, and for good reason.
I liked the Tripplett and Davis signings but I agree with you about Royal. I don't get why we haven't addressed the line either...starting to really piss me off as free agents like Mawae sign with other teams. We got to bring in Neal or Runyon IMHO.
They won't pass on Mario..Grants been productive in the past but racked up a whole 3 sacks last year. Slap a big fat guarantee on that from me..Saints will draft Mario.
What about the games last year without Moss, he was pretty crappy. He's got Chambers though so they should be pretty dangerous. Hopefully Nate gets his sh*t together this year when he's lining up against Chris Chambers.
Thats the thing...how multi-dimensional do you think he's going to be with that knee? It's even harder on a bigger guy, which at 260lbs describes Culpepper. I would still like to see ol' Gus F. over this guy twice a year.
They had probs on their line too but a big reason they couldn't run the ball is they didn't have a running back. Aarington looked like crap everytime I say him last year.
I'm a lot more skeptical of his knee than I am of Bree's shoulder (had the same surgery as Brees a week ago today). A 260lb Qb who blew out every ligament in his knee might not have the same scrambling ability as before. This does make them significantly better though.
not uh..hit him in the knee. In all honesty he's a huge upgrade for them and no I'm not happy about it...I think we all knew though that it was either going to be Brees or Pepp wearing teal and orange next year. Besides I'm a Bills fan, I got to point out his flaws.
