  1. And Moulds is a 10 year vet with a giant contract. You would be very lucky to get the third round pick alone IMHO.
  2. Willis couldn't hold Marshal Faulks jock back in 1999; two completely different players and Faulk was what made that whole offense tick IMHO. That being said, anything can happen and I hope you are right.
  3. Hank Baskett Wide Receiver | Senior | New Mexico Height: 6-2 7/8 | Weight: 224 | 40-Time: 4.49 Official Bio Strengths: Has tremendous size...Very physical and knows how to use his big frame...Is an excellent natural athlete...Has great hands...Will routinely make the spectacular reception...Great leaper who was the 2004 Mountain West Conference outdoor high jump champion...Can be a major threat in the red zone...Has excellent body control...Runs well after the catch...Plays faster on the field than he times. Weaknesses: Does not have elite speed or quickness...Is not much of a deep threat and won't run away from pro defensive backs...Needs to round out his game and refine his technique...Is not as good of a blocker as a guy his size should be...Has some trouble beating the jam at the line...Can run better routes...Missed some time as a freshman with a spinal injury that will need to be checked out by the doctors. Notes: Doesn't get the attention he deserves as one of the premier senior wideouts in the nation...Has everything you look for except pure speed and is a bit of a big school sleeper...Could potentially be a #1 receiving target at the next level. I actually saw this kid in person this year against Missouri and it turned out to be the best game of his career (10 catches for 200+ yards and 3 TDs). He was a an absolute beast on the field. In all honesty, I wouldn't mind if we used EVERY pick to address both lines but this kid would be a great pick IMHO.
  4. Peters ran a high 4.7 (think it was a 4.78) at the combine but no way was it a 4.5. A 4.78 is still pretty damn amazing for a guy who weighs 325 lbs.
  5. I agree with Bib, from everything I've seen I like Ngata, but there is this feeling I have that he won't be as good as advertised. If DaBrick falls to us...who the fug cares? IMHO DaBrickashaw is the best we can hope for.
  6. According to ESPNnews. Wonder who the new commish will be?
  7. where are the other 7 picks 2003?
  8. What games are you reffering to that these three coaches were outcoached in?
  9. My friend, the grass is always greener when you are a Bills fan .
  10. Once again when did Arizona officially report this, link? I'm not getting my hopes up that much because I know they still have a lot of room under the cap. All I've heard is a report from Kffl presuming they would match an offer, a lot different then an official word from a team source.
  11. I don't see him being there either but come April 29th I'm sure going to have my fingers crossed.
  12. Did I miss something? Did we finally cut that fat turd, last I checked he was still on the roster?
  13. When did DG report that PC? All I've heard was a Kffl prediction that the Cards would match the offer because they still had the room. It's a lot different though if the head coach is actually stating this though.
  14. and what if we were able to land Mangold in round 2? That would be sweet!
  15. Whitworth Height: 6-7 | Weight: 334 | 40-Time: 5.15 Official Bio Strengths: A four-year starter with loads of experience against top competition...Very durable...Has good size and a big frame...Strong and physical player who overwhelms opponents...A mauler in the running game due to his size and attitude...Has a nasty demeanor on the field and plays to the whistle...Smart and technically sound...Team leader who is very coachable with top intangibles. Weaknesses: Is not a great natural athlete...Does not move real well and footwork is spotty at best...Struggles to get to the second level of defenders and to hit moving targets...Needs to play with better leverage and bend his knees more...Has trouble with speed rushers and is not a great pass blocker...Not as good as his press would indicate...Upside might be limited due to his physical shortcomings. Notes: Played left tackle in college but will be relegated to the right side at the pro level...Solid but unspectacular player who will never be a star but could come in and start for a long time...Is not flashy and what you see is what you get but if it's a big, physical right tackle you are looking for then this is probably your guy. Colledge Height: 6-4 3/8 | Weight: 299 | 40-Time: 5.04 Official Bio Strengths: Has a good frame and should be able to add some weight...Is a brilliant pass blocker...Very technically sound...An excellent athlete with great quickness who moves extremely well...Has a nasty demeanor on the field and plays to the whistle...Hard worker who wants to be great...Strong and Explosive...Is a stud in the weight room...Has a lot of experience and consistently grades out very well...Mature with top intangibles...Versatile and can play multiple positions. Weaknesses: Needs to add some weight and continue to bulk up for the next level...Must improve as a run blocker...Struggles with massive defenders and can get pushed back...Is still developing and not yet a finished product...Doesn't always play with proper leverage and knee bend...Did not always play against elite competition. Notes: Lightly regarded recruit from North Pole, Alaska who entered college at 235 lbs...Very raw coming out of high school and did not play football as a sophomore or junior...Started every game of his college career...Has the physical tools and natural ability to play the critical left tackle position in the pros which is coveted.
  16. Someone posted on here a few weeks ago that his agent says Jackson is looking for $5mil a year (not that he's going to get it).
  17. Not trying to sound overly negative or anything but I've never had expectations of making the playoffs in 2006. Last year covinced me that this team is more than one offseason away from being a good football team. But it is the NFL, so I guess you never know.
  18. Welcome to TSW Bob. You bring up a lot of goint points, good to see some more St. Louis Bills fans. Your assesment of the Pickett situation is dead on. Got any interest in starting a St. Louis Bills Backers? There are a few of us on here from St. Louis (myself, T.C. in St. Louis, Jukester); it would be cool if we could get a Bills Backers club going in St. Louis, any interest?
  19. Thats what Kffl was reporting, I guess they are looking to trade him. I like Faine a lot, just never seems to be able to stay healthy. Wonder what they want for him. I've been on the Mangold bandwagon for a few months now....If he's there in the second he's a Must Pick (not sure if he'll make it to the 2nd but if he did I always thought the Titans would steal him, now they've got Mawae so ya never know).
  20. Well I give up, I can't compete with LaDairis's superior knowlledge of football anymore. I really need to go out and get one of those television things so I can check out a few of these players. This guy had to of almost gone to Tulane..I'm sure of it.
