I wish we had of signed Baskett, I really think he should have been drafted. All though its not saying much, he torched my Missouri Tigers when we played New Mexico in the fall. He ended up getting something like 10 catches 210 yards and 3 TDs. Not sure what he ran at the combine but this kid didn't look that slow on the field. Anyway I think he's going to make Minnesota with at least a great possesion reciever with potential to develop into something more.

Man I don't get how Hank Baskett went undrafted, great pick up for Minnesota.

I've lived next to this guy for 2 years and now he's a Bill! Pretty sweet, although he borrowed my damn weed whacker at the end of last summer and I haven't seen it since (so much for character guys...lol). I better get that sh*t back before mini camps. Anyway he played LB here but I guess he's going to get a shot at FB in the pros. I'm gonna go tell him congrats and try to get back my stuff. Oh and I would have been happy if we had of drafted Hank Baskett in the 4th and Minnesota got him as an UDFA, that is a steal IMHO.

I thought his playing weight in college was always about 228-235 lbs. Maybe the reason he looked so explosive was because it was prior him having one of the sickest knee injuries ever seen.

This draft fuggin sucks

Just reported on Sports Center that the Jets and NO are having serious talks about a possible trade...Man I don't want Bush in this division. Oh well, fug him and the Jets.

Didn't DeAngelo Hall break his hip or something his rookie year? He was great last year don't think he played that much his rookie year. Dunta Robinson had a great rookie season with 6 picks.

I wouldn't mind Jerious Norwood with our 4th, don't want to spend a day 1 pick on a RB though.

Mangold is one of my favorite players in this draft but no way does he go 14th overall.

I've been saying this is a possiblity for a long time....hope it happens, we'll easily be able to land one of the following....Bunkley, Justice, or Ngata at eleven. Wonder what kind of compensation this trade would bring? I would think another third but I wonder what the draft value charts say.

Once again just because Marv thinks the guy we are targeting could be taken at 12 does not mean he's not in our top ten. I'm willing to bet the player we are targeting IS IN OUR top ten. According to Modrak, Justice isn't in our top ten. All assumptions though.

These numbers can't be right...the guy benched 225 lbs. 44 times and he has a 365 lb bench press? I'm 170 lbs and I squat 350, no way does Bunkley only squat 365lbs, these aren't correct numbers.

I'm betting the player Marv is refering to is in the top 10 of our draft board, he just thinks we could land him a few spots back. Why the hell would we target someone we don't think is a top ten prospect with Pick 8? The statement that Justice is not in our top ten according to Modrack makes me assume that Levy is not talking about Justice when he made his statement. Thats how I read it. These are all assumptions though, and you know what they say about assuming..

Here is another tidbit (this time from Modrak).... Southern California's Winston Justice is the next best offensive tackle behind Ferguson. But Modrak said Ferguson is the only lineman the Bills have rated in the top 10. Thats why I don't think they are reffering to Justice. Could be Ngata, afterall I'm just making an educated guess. This is all from the Bunkley article from the Buffalo News. Just my two cents...I think we'll be drafting Bunk.

If thats the case, trade the fug down Marv. If Cutler is available, Arizona or St. Louis might be possible trade partners (There has been a lot of talk around here about Cutler being a future replacement/current insurance policy on Bulger who has been injured the last few years). 11 draft picks would be nice.

Sportcenter has been focussing on one or two teams a night and addressing who they might take with their first round pick. Tonights the Bills...just thought I'd give the heads up. Sportcenter just started.

Thanks, its not all that realistic anymore...It was made about 6 weeks ago and a lot of players' stocks have gone up since.

Hope he doesn't fall all the way to New England in the second, when this kid is in football shape and healthy...he's a beast. I wonder how much this is a result of him being so out of shape...or vice versa. Either way, he sure has managed to cost himself some $$$$ come April 29th. Anybody here anything on Jason Allen? Heard he failed a physical with the Cowboys and Dolphins...I thought his hip injury was supposed to be blown out of proportion.

Linkage If Marv and Co. decide Justice is our man than this would make a lot of sense. I wouldn't mind picking up pick #17 and getting another second rounder. I'm not sold on Justice yet, though (especially if Peters is going to stay at RT). Arizona seems like another feasible trade partner if we are looking to trade down, could probably still land either Bunkley or Ngata with that pick.
