  1. Its more geared toward muscle recovery in additon to the creatine. I'm not saying I've gotten better results as far as muscle growth over taking just creatine mono but I love what the cell-mass does for me the next day. I tend to overtrain sometimes (I try not to but I always seem to do so anyway) and the glutamine and other aspects of the supplements really allow you to push yourself. I usually do a 12 week cycle stacked with the NO XPLODE and then take about 4 weeks off of both.
  2. Buy pre-maid shakes, IMO they taste way better than powders and aren't a pain in the ass to make.
  3. The question is what goal are you trying to achieve? If you are trying to get bigger and build lean muscle then protein shakes are great. I currently am addicted to these (they also come in 11 oz 35g of protein size).................. ABB Protein Shakes They don't taste bad, if you want something that taste really good you should try Muscle Milk but its a little higher in calories and fat. And its important to know how different proteins work, whey protein is a fast acting protein and is absorbed quickly by your body. Its great to take right after workouts or in the morning when your body is in a catabolic state from not eating during the hours you sleep. Caseine Protein is derived from Milk and is released into the body at a much slower rate and is a good thing to take before you go to sleep. If your lifting weights and trying to get bigger Protein (not just protein shakes) is a must. I'm 6ft 175lbs and I take in about 150-200 grams a day. As a general rule of thumb if your trying to put on muscle you should consume about 1-1.5 grams per pound you weigh. Currently I also take these supplements together (in additon to protein intake) and really have seen good results......... BSN NO-XPLODE-Pre workout (although this stuff is loaded with caffeine and might not be for everyone) BSN Cell-MASS- Creatine and workout recovery supplement. Awesome for recovery, wouldn't work out with out it.
  4. Sucks to be Chad Johnson now. He's not going anywhere.
  5. Just about to post the same thing.......................he's fuggin crazy. Love watching him play and he's a great talent but he's a major distraction IMO. No thanks.
  6. Who the fug cares, thats what 20 year olds do.
  7. You fuggin rock LSI, keep it up little buddy
  8. Visit My Website To be honest I really only watched Florida about 3-4 times last year and I was probably only tuned in when Tebow was on the field so I haven't seen much of Harvey but he sounds like a good pick @ 11. 1. Derrick Harvey 2. WR 3. TE
  9. I hate to say this about PFW b/c I do enjoy the weekly publication but some of the guys who write this stuff tend to make a lot of statements based on talking to a single source..........................who may or may not have any inside info on the Bills. My roomate in college (and good friend) is now their distribution mangaer and his dad and uncle own and edit PFW. I've talked football with a lot of the PFW guys on many occasions but (especially Bills and Bears football because they are from Chicago)............a lot of the guys at PFW are about as out of touch with Bills football as is the casual NFL fan. Just my opinion though.
  10. I don't know what so called "draft expert" wrote that but take it from someone who has seen every snap the kid has ever played. Missouri wasn't Chase Daniel's team last year it was Martin Rucker & Chase Daniel's team. Is not an aggressive in line blocker....... He never lined-up "in-line" so how can you judge his in-line blocking. Yeah thats a hurdle he'll (and others) will have to overcome in the NFL but its unfair to say they CAN'T do something just because they were never asked to at the college level. This kid is an absolute firey competitor and as I said before he's a max effort guy who gives you everything he's got on every play. Rucker was always the player at Mizzou sealing downfield blocks for WRs like Jeremy Maclin and Will Franklin. He's 6ft 5in @ 255lbs and still has room to fill out, at another 10-15 lbs in an nfl conditioning program and you have a beast @ TE. Does not show desire to be a blocker............. He doesn't lack desire in any apspect of his game. Plain and simple he's a competitor & a leader. Doesn't do anything after the catch? This is what obviously shows you've never watched him play. The guy never goes down............he a lot like Lynch in the way he never stops his legs and will drag 2-3 defenders down the field. He's a beast. Heres his interview from the combine where he talks about getting better at blocking and becoming a complete TE...... Martin Rucker Interview
  11. Get used to it. With the evolution of the spread offense this is what most TEs will look like turning pro. And who's to say most of these guys can't block, most weren't asked to block in college.......doesn't mean they can't. Rucker's a max effort player who will develop into a complete TE in the nfl.
  12. Daniel Mogollon, of DraftBible.com, reports University of Missouri TE worked out at his school's Pro Day Thursday, March 20. Rucker ran a 4.71 40-yard dash, had a 37-inch vertical jump and a nine-foot, eight-inch broad jump. He said that he ran slower than he expected but his vertical was impressive. Rucker did not perform at the 2008 and his vertical jump of 37-inches would have placed him second. Scouts view the vertical jump as the most important drill for tight ends because it measures explosiveness. The Ruckus is still nursing a sore hammy. I don't care what Kiper or Mayock say, this is the best TE in the draft and he might be around in the 4th
  13. Yeah but we should draft an OT in the first, right So we shouldn't draft a LB in round 1 b/c we have are starters in place in just like we have Jason Peters and Langston Walker in place as starters at OT. That was kind of my point the other day.
  14. First off I'm not 100% for drafting a WR in Rd 1 or even staying at 11 in the first place but I wouldn't be against taking Devin Thomas in round 1 or even at 11 if our Front office decides he's the guy they really want. I can't say the same for Sweed or Kelley but my point was I will bet my right nut that we don't draft an Offensive lineman in Rd 1. And Clady's no roadgrader as a blocker, he isn't a Marcus McNeil type whose punishing in the run game. He reminds me a lot of Tony Ugoh of the Colts, and thats not a bad thing whatsover I just don't think he'd be bested suited to line up at guard.
  15. Thanks for the advice titties, while we could use some depth at OT it would be downright retarted to draft a player with the 11th overall pick at the one position where he have two quality starters. Thats all I was saying, and why exactly do I need to chill out.....I didn't know I was worked up in the first place.
  16. Why the F is Ryan Clady on that list, this just further reinforces that Devin Thomas will be the pick since he's not on the list.
  17. No its not, Bernard Berrian ran a high 4.5s or low 4.6 at the combine and that dude gets deep all the time. Its a 40 time, who gives a sh--.
  18. Wow, that dude wants out of Cinci but what the hell is wrong with him on total access. He's not making a ton of sense and he's seems like he's about to cry. Cinci will be getting rid of him soon IMO, my guess is a deal gets done on draft day. He'll have a big year next year b/c he'll be extra motivated but I don't see the Bills as potential suitors for ocho cinco, not saying I wouldn't want to have him I just don't see our front office making a move for CJ.
  19. Dude, its very possible we draft a WR @ 11, it might not be the decision you would make but it is very possible and highly likely IMO.
  20. Moulds is done...............let it go man, let it go.
  21. Man, found this while searching for a different post..............this really made me laugh though. The guy even made my sig line for this post (back in April of 2007 anyway). Got to love when he starts praising Winston Justice. I loved Takeo when he was a Bill but our front office really has done the right thing in saying goodbye to some of our aging vets at the right time. Funny Stuff, maybe I'll go over to their board and post a link to this thread
