    Yeah. Guess you got me pegged. Forget my offer to email the Division President for ya. And don't think you're the only person ever to go without cable because of a freak of nature. Back in 1972 we went without cable for weeks. Wait a minute....we went without a home, too. It got demolished in the flood.

    Sorry about your plight, however, exactly how many technicians do you think work in the Buffalo system? We've been sending people from our Division in Binghamton and Syracuse and Rochester and I'm sure from all over the state. Do you realize how many lines are down? Do you realize how many people just got their power back on? Just sayin'.
