I saw an interview where a player or assistant coach openly mocked his hands. Yikes!

Except those guys don't grow on trees and its not easy to figure out who will turn into a stud. Gronk, Thomas and Graham weren't household names in college. Vernon Davis is the only highly drafted TE that has panned out. Half these guys are basketball players turned tight end. Now that being said, I'd turn over every stone to find my version of this player. Scout NCAA basketball, whatever it takes because these guys make a difference.

I mentioned Cameron as being elite. Chandler's numbers compare favorably to Bennett's. Ertz may turn out ok I'm just saying these guys don't grow on trees. All that being said, I think the Bills are LONG over due for a difference maker at TE. They haven't even tried to address it in the draft.

He's not elite but there are only a handful of guys dominating the league. Thomas, Gronk (when healthy), Davis and maybe Jordan. The rest are JAG like Chandler.
