I was leery of Marv and Co. early on but his latest moves have me seeing the big picture(as do they). I think this team will be improved but I'm still concerned over the QB position. I know we haven't seen JP's full potential but the addition of a savvy vet at the QB spot could help.

I couldn't agree more. Fuggin whitey Donahoe singed every sexy free agent and made all the slick trades and where did that get the Bills. Overpaying for aged vets who have seen better years sounds nice but it doesn't translate into W's. The way to build a team is through the draft and choosing hungry vets to sign that will make your team better. That's what Marv is doing. Now get us a QB Marv.

Garbage plates are surely the drunk man's (or woman's) delight. Sober they are good but under the influence, they are simply superb.

I understand your concern but I am starting to like what I'm seeing from Marv. Most of the players they are interviewing are young, hungry vets just coming into their own. Tripplett reminds me of a young Pat Williams. Wells, by most peoples acounts has the most upside of any FA guard and Neal is a proven, savvy palyer that gets by with guile and smarts. I think once free agency is all over, you might be pleasantly surprised by how our roster is shaping up. I do have a concern with the QB position. I would like to see an upgrade over JP and Kelly and perhaps that will be addressed in the next week or two. I'm not sure where you were going by trying to insult the posters here, but I liken it to a family that bonds around our football team hoping for the best.
