Bills Sign 2022 4th Round Pick P Jake Camarda to a Futures Deal
Doc replied to BillsFanForever19's topic in The Stadium Wall
It's not a "theory." You just admitted that California feels the same way. You believing "well she was 17 and that's all I care to know" isn't how the real world works. lol Yes Camarda couldn't kick within the 20 his first 2 years. He did this past year and eliminated touchbacks. Players can improve. Again you won't notice a difference. But I have no doubt he will become your most hated Bill now. -
Amari Cooper, I like him more everyday (ESPN article)
Doc replied to RochesterLifer's topic in The Stadium Wall
I didn't know much about Cooper but when I heard Nick Saban joke that he barely knew Cooper was on the team, it told me he's not a diva/talker and a guy that just goes out there and does whatever his role is. There was a discussion over why he'd have huge games followed by lesser ones and that's why and what is preventing him from being "that guy." After the season, if they think he's worth bringing back, I'd offer him a 2-year $20M deal. Maybe up to $12M/year. I think he'd take it. -
I can understand how rehabbing outside of the team's supervision can void guarantees and an insurance policy can recoup money paid by the team, but (assuming he was rehabbing under the team's supervision) how does an insurance policy recoup cap space?

Doubtful on the bolded. In 38 states the age of consent is 16 or 17. In the other states there are exceptions for cases like this. Again the statutory rapes laws weren't create for girls like her and no prosecutor after learning the mountains of evidence against her would have taken this dog**** of a case to trial. You just believed the initial narrative, entrenched yourself in your position before bothering to learn the facts and can't admit you were wrong. Like you always do. Araiza has virtually the same numbers as Bojo. lol And Camada's net his previous years was the same as Bojo while his inside the 20% this year is about the same. His net took a hit this year because of a punt return for a TD. You likely won't even notice a difference. -
What an incredibly rapid fall from grace for a top QB.

His "cruel fate" was getting another chance in the NFL. Yet another thing I told you would happen (besides getting this joke of a case tossed) that you continually disputed. And to top it off, he's punting for the Chefs. lol Again a punter for a team like the Bills is essentially meaningless as long as he can hold, get the ball inside the 20 and not get punts blocked. Camarda fits the bill and is cheap as well. -
Democrat Self Reflection Post Landslide? Zero point zero.

Weird. -
Were you asleep the past 12 years?

More experience definitely helps. But if he can’t consistently make the throws because of poor mechanics, it’s all for naught.
-
No way Jayden Daniel’s doesn’t win it. And it just looked and polymarket has him at 97%.

Next period.

It's far easier to say "we don't anticipate him playing"...and then him playing, than "we're expecting him to play"...and he doesn't. IOW McD's words don't mean he won't be playing. I mean, if they didn't plan on him playing, they could have just hired him as an assistant DB/S coach and he would have had the same impact.
-
That might have been the argument for last year's MVP. But he's already won it twice.
-
His Combine run was very awkward. He probably really runs in the mid 4.6s.
-
Same here. I didn't want him because I didn't think there was any way he could become accurate since I've never seen it done before, at least in the 30 years I've been watching football, regardless of the franchise.

Good to see Aikman own being wrong about Josh. But to be fair, I think Josh is a unicorn in that department. I can't think of anyone else doing it before.

Yup. Martin is a sure goner and will save almost $2.2M on the cap. -

Wrong. Once the "kid" (who is 17 but goes to college parties and claims she's 18 and brags about tossing guys' salad and her body count being in the teens) got him cut because of her lies, I said the Bills were right to move on from him and that he'd never be a Buffalo Bill again. You're conflating discussing the entirely predictable outcome of her silly charade and lawsuit with pining for him. Check the threads if you're unsure. And Bojo wasn't a decent punter when they cut him and wanted more money. The reason I was happy about them drafting Araiza is because he had talent, was drafted with a throwaway pick and would have cost them $1M/year for 4 years, i.e. he would have been cheap. You don't need an expensive punter.
