I remember watching Empire Sports Report (ch. 626 - back in the good ole days) when Willis was injured and all he did was turn and catch passes. He was immobile so he would just stand in one place and catch for hours. I wonder why we dont have more plays going his way.

I was looking to get a Bills polo shirt to wear to work on Fridays so the Giants fans in the office will know who I am. Like putting up a flag or something and see what happens. I have noticed how crappy nfl.com and other sites are. Does anyone know of a site that specializes in Bills merchandise?

predicrtions: teams that'll suck in 05
NJ_BillsFan replied to dave mcbride's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah, hes perfect for that team. He will make sure they don't improve at all. -
Yeah that sucked! I was already piss drunk and was squirting beer everywhere and I couldn't believe it.

The Texans are that team everyone discounts but they are always close. They might be a good first game for us. They aren't a crappy team, but I don't think they are a playoff team. Carr better make something happen for them this year or he will be in the hot seat.

I would like Eric Moulds to sit out tonight
NJ_BillsFan replied to Nick in RaChaCha's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Reed better have 100yds + receiving tonight and 3 tds if he wants to STAY on this team. He is not worth it. He drops important passes. He is paid to catch the ball. He doesn't do that well at all. Nobody is asking for him to have 1000 yds a season even though 2nd round receviers should. He just doesn't cut it. -
predicrtions: teams that'll suck in 05

I really think the team that will suck the big one will be Chicago. I think they are just way too disappointing year in and year out. They have no depth and haven't even signed their number 1 pick. They didn't even sign a QB. They should go after Tim Couch, but I am sure they won't. I believe they will be very disappointing. -
Wow! Bledsoe is a jack@ss. Why would he rant like that? The question before that was probably, "What do you say to critics that say you hold the ball way too frigin long?" That probably put him in a pissy mood.

I read an article on CNNSI.com about "Sticky Icky" Ricky Williams. He is hysterical: • He said he doesn't miss marijuana. "I can't do that anymore. I get tested twice a week." Is it not obvious that he only doesn't do it because he gets tested 2 times a week. Teammates tease him about his scruffy beard, saying he looks homeless, but he sees no reason to shave. "Some people have a job, some people's wives don't like it, some people are uncomfortable with it. But I don't have a reason to shave." This man really has no reason to live. It is funny reading articles when Ricky actually speaks. He is such a friggin weirdo.

When Drew is a players agent, you know what to expect. AND you know what kind of player you are getting when they have Drew as an agent.

I 100% agree with you, but it does make you wonder how fair of a trade that was for a young pro bowl back. I'm ready to see that the Pat's gave up a 3rd rounder for Andre Davis.

I just wanted to note that I live in North Jersey. I go to the Bills v. Jets game every year. I get decked out in all my fan gear. There are a fair amount of Bills fans there each year. I believe we have lost at the Meadowlands the past 2 or 3 years. I can't remember going to the game and them winning. We always beat the am the Ralph though. Anyway, Jets fans are obnoxious and throw stuff at me and yell "Bledsoe sucks". I do agree with them, but it took up to Dec/Jan 04 for me to come to that conclusion. Jets fans are rude, arrogant, and obnoxious. I have been to games at Washington and even Philly. I have heard Philly is bad, but I have never seen the fans treat the opposition as horribly as they do at Jets games. Even while we are tailgating, Jets fans get more personal then they should. Calling you an "F-ing moron" and what not. Of course I give it back to them and all hell breaks loose. Well not really, but close. In response to this post. I believe Bills fan are much more polite. To a Jets fan however, I hope they never can wear their girly green colors to our house and expect to have a good time. They don't deserve it.

I started my season on Madden last night and started to play the preseason. Well it's pretty cool how they switch the backups in for the 2nd half. At running back to start the 2nd was a player they call "Henry"(never heard of him). Anyway, I realized I should trade him after the game. I went to the trade block and put him up to see what I could get from other teams. Now I am not saying that Madden is the ultimate authority, but it is pretty fair in calculating trades and what not. I ended up trading Henry for a 1st & 2nd round pick from Arizona. This doesn't prove anything, but it does show that in "Madden Values" that the trade to Tennesse for a 3rd rounder would have been easily accepted and not worth it.

Fox Sports Preseason Power Rankings

Number 5 isn't bad at all. I like it! -
This is exactly right. Price thrived when he was the 2nd receiver and then he went to Atlanta to do squat! A number 2 receiver always does well with a dominating number 1. Even though Evans could probably start at number 1 in a year or two, his numbers will take a hit. Moulds allows the 2nd and 3rd receviers success. Remember when Moulds had a groin injury 2 years ago. He was not really able to play at 100%, but they kept him in there. He was used for a decoy. Teams had to respect him, so they covered him with their best guys.

(LAMP)Tommy Lee Goes to College........
NJ_BillsFan replied to The Poojer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would have to say it is good, but I'd rather watch the "Girls next door". I think its called that. It's the reality show about Hugh Heffner's 3 girlfriends. I put the tv on mute and enjoy! -
It's funny because the ESPN Fantasy Draft by its Analyst's was listed on their website as well. Who do you thinks D was taken 2nd. Of course. So they take us 2nd in the fantasy draft and they don't put us on a poll at all. That's ESPN for you!

Good deal on Bills replica jerseys
NJ_BillsFan replied to Golden Wheels's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I had a serious dillema. I didn't know which one to get. I ended up getting the Spikes Throwback in a Medium. The price was $59.99 + $5.99 shipping - $10 discount (Code: 885421). It came to $56. Not bad! Everyone who wants a jersey use this code: 885421 it gets you $10 off a jersey. -

Week 7 last year. Boller's stats. Cmp Att Yards TDs INTS 10 19 86 0 0 We can never let Boller pick us apart like this again!!!!

I just read this article about the notes before the Bills v. Bears game. Bears Article It made me laugh that they start the article out with "League Leaders". It is week 2 of the PRESEASON! This shows how awful a team is when their own website has these ridiculous stats. "Doug Brien (T-7th) and rookie Nick Novak (T-18th) and are ranked among the top-20 in scoring by kickers with 13 and 9 points, respectively." WOW! 7th & 18th for kickers in week 2! Alright! "Also ranked among the league's top 10 rushers is RB Thomas Jones, ninth with 90 yards despite not playing against the Colts." 90 Yards! Amazing! Its great that crappy teams get excited about stuff like this. Does anyone else find this ridiculous as I do? I mean, I would expect it from maybe a Bears fan site or blog of some sort. The writers for the Bears offical web page probably don't get excited about much.

Stamer reminds me of Chris Spielman. He runs around like a maniac looking to kill someone. Even if his helmet pops off he would still look to spear the RB. Stamer is a pyscho. I love it.

Bolder is a huge disappointment. If you remember, before he was drafted, his agent set up a camera of him knelling at the 50 yd line and throwing the ball thru the uprights. Well, good for the Ravens drafting a guy. Too bad this game has nothing to do with knelling with no defense in your face and throwing the ball through a huge target like the field goal posts. Boller has arm strength but is a scrub. Every year he gets worse and worse. He has little to no confidence. His arm strength is there, but his decision making and accuracy are horrible. The Ravens are very similar to the Bills. We both have QBs that don't need to win the game for us. They need to not mess up. It seems JP is doing much better than Boller is. Boller threw an INT on his first pass of the preseason. You would think that would have been on Boller's mind and he would try to do better this past week. Who works hard during the offseason to throw an INT on their first pass? This pass week he sucked! 2 INTS! I know its the preseason, but to think Boller is better than Losman is riidiculous. Experience is not a factor. Boller is proven garbage and Losman hasn't proved anything. SO far he's doing what the Bills need him to do. I only wish he would slide more and not try to be Jerome Bettis out there.

I like it because its funny seeing how the home announcers aren't that critical about their team and bash on the opponent.

Try urinating on it. That should do the trick.
