My bill 2 months ago showed ST Max with a 0 charge and I thought I was good to go for the year. Then my last bill had the $65 first installment added. So I have to make "the call". Last year I was able to get ST Max for free and a $60 bill credit for a year on top. I have the XTRA package and was very happy with that. Just made this years call and they would only offer me the $60 loyalty credit. The agent seemed knowledgeable and said he searched everywhere to get a promo for ST Max but it was not offered. I asked about my "account" status and he said it was "as high as anyone" but that "marketing" decides if the promos are offered. I am a long time customer, not under contract. I had him add the $60 bill credit and I will call back later and try again for ST Max. First time in a very long time I have not been successful with the call to the "loyalty" or "retention" department asking politely for the ST Max package for free and have come away unsuccessful.

Last time it was a general meetup in the "RV" lot. Lot P on the map today. Not sure why there we just bagged beers in and stood there at the entrance. The parking lot attendants were totally overwhelmed. Maybe shaking the buses/RV's of Titans fans coming in went too far? Great times.

Long time customer that cancelled a few weeks ago. Called back last week and got $60off per month for 12 months, free Sunday Ticket Max and a $200 gift card. Based on what I had been reading about their lack of deals this year, I was OK with spending another year with DTV for this. I used the "winback" number 888-333-0804. Seems to be a lot of inconsistencies in what people are being offered and they made almost no effort to retain me. Did get one letter that mentioned the $200 gift card.

Anyone have recommendations for which gate to enter? Are we expecting a cluster$%#& on Sunday?

Will be in 307 row 1. Parking @ Hammers and if like the last few home openers will be right next to the TBD tailgate on the other side of the entrance path.

Our own stadium played "It's my Life" after the NE game last year....and I was beyond pissed then they would play that crap.

We had the same experience excepted thanked by 10+ separate fans for coming to the city and the game. It was really impressive
