Wasn't too bad for me...I saw it coming. Funny story, I had started dating a girl a few weeks before that game and she called me during the game. She knew I was big into football and liked the Bills, but probably not how much. I was pretty much freaking out with excitement at that point, talking all about everything that had happened so far (all to someone who didn't care about football at all). So she was laughing at me and calling me a dork, then: Her: well, I'm glad the Bills are going to win. Me: Oh, they're not going to win! Her: Silence for a few seconds, then...Why wouldn't they win? Me: You don't understand the Bills. This game is amazing, but they're not going to win. Her: I don't get it. Me: It's just the way it is. Her: Well, maybe they'll surprise you. Me: You'll see. Come to think of it, similar thing happened during the NE/Mckelvin game. Just before the kickoff I said to my friends, "how are they going to screw this up?", then a few seconds later, "Ah!"

I have that model and really like it (outside of gas mileage). No big issues, but maintenance is expensive no matter what vehicle you have. All of the issues on my vehicle have been due to rust from having it in salty areas so much. Outside of that, it has been great.

Just got out, thought the movie was very good. I would say it at least equals the other marvel movies. Not sure what below is spoiler or not, so I'll just do it all: I'm really looking forward to seeing how this progresses. Anyone know if there are a "planned" amount of movies? I'm guessing they all only do one more unless they were locked up further than that. And finally I have to throw in that as good as this movie was, in the end I think the biggest thing I took away from this is how excited I've become to see Prometheus. I really hope the promo's do it justice and it doesn't suck!

I've done some of his workouts before, they're no joke! I'm considering getting into an almost strictly Yoga workout regimen due to serious pain in my shoulders and knees due to my career. It's a tough mental transition though since I used to do such intense workouts. Even though "power" type yoga workouts are great cardio and strength, it's still tough to convince myself I can get by with just that. In the meantime, my joints hurt more than ever and I've been gaining weight due to all the downtime in my workouts waiting for pain to go away. I'm sure I'll get to these sooner or later.

I'm going in about an hour. Hoping mid day won't be too packed, but I think the kids around here are off of school, so we'll see. I usually don't see big movies right away, but I'm on the road right now and have some free time so figure what the hell.

I think using that phone call for a movie would be excellent. It was very well done. You could really feel the guy's fear and imagine what's been happening to him. Actually, might make for a better TV show as the history might take more time than a movie could do justice, but either way I think it would do well. Could even add the old, "Based on true events" tag. Hollywood always loves that!

I've never figured out why they do it, but college Olines are often coached to not move if there's a defensive offsides. Someone told me once that it helps draw attention to the offsides, not sure if that's the real reason. Either way, I've never understood it and think it's pretty stupid. But watch a day of college football and you'll see it, though that's the first time I've ever seen just one guy do it. Apparently he thought it was offsides. While the rest of the line didn't freeze, I'd guess most of them thought so too by the way the defense just ran by them all. Without being on the field it's tough to say what really happened, but as ridiculous as he looks, I THINK what really happened is he was the most disciplined of the bunch and froze like he was coached to do. After watching the play again, I have to say it was just a big mistake by Zebrie. Not sure what he thought he saw, but there was no offsides and the line didn't think so either, they just got beat real bad. Anyways, that's the stupidity of the design.

Exactly. Say you don't like the pick all you want, but based on what actually happened in this draft, if the Bills had taken an OT it would would have been the same bad grade based on "reaching".

Is it just me, or is there a really obvious answer here?

I'm not trying to build Chandler up to be more than he is, but what exactly does this guy consider hurting a defense? Maybe it's just the inclusion of the word "never" that gets me, but I'm guessing those defenses weren't too happy after his 6 TD's and 10.2 yards per catch last season.
