I don't think they were worse, EJ just has higher expectations. This is really, really ugly.

I hate plays like this. Basically, the way you stop this play, is to tackle the QB as he's screwing around. Maybe someday he'll actually take a step back from a play for some reason and get crushed because a defense thinks it's a trick. I'm sure he and his team would be totally understanding.

Seems Eric Ebron from NC is moving up the rankings. Just had 8 catches, 199 yards and a TD against Miami. Seems a good thing for the Bills that this draft might be strong at TE and LB.

Can't say I was "most" wrong about him, but I held out hope for Coy Wire a lot longer than I had any reason to.

He was the first to come to my mind as well, and actually it was a double wammy for me. I was glad that we got him, but I thought the Bills were insane for not taking Mallet with that pick.

Yeah, but there's always ways to delay "full health". I doubt it will happen, but if Thad wins out, I wouldn't be surprised if EJ's injury becomes lingering.

EJ is going to have to change his mechanics on his long throws if he is going to be successful in the NFL, and that very rarely works out well.

Beginning of the second quarter, down by 3, started with 1st and goal from the 2 and got stuffed 3 times (I agree, bad play calling), you take the points every time. I like the confident attitude, but there's no doubt it was the wrong call. If it had worked it would have been great, but it still would have been the wrong call. And it has nothing to do with the outcome of the game, just the right call for the coach to make at the time.

I assume so, and I'm not sure I like it. I think going on the run again just to find another place to try and settle is going to be extremely repetitive. I never read the comics, so I don't know what arcs are out there (and don't want to...hint, hint), but I don't know how they're planning on keeping it fresh.

I thought it was okay; plenty of zombie action so that's good I guess. I think it was just a matter of introducing some of the new people and the setting (how they are living; the psychology, etc...). I'm guessing a disease is running through the prison now?

The refs absolutely robbed the Bills today, but frankly you can't play pop warner defense for 3 1/2 quarters and expect to come out with a win. I give the team credit for the strong 4th, but the defense was shameful the rest of the game. That 4-15 first down should stick in every player and coaches throat for the rest of the season. The lack of respect it took to make that call is astounding, and converting the friggin play was downright embarrassing.

4-15? I think that might actually be the most embarrassing play I can remember as a Bills fan.

This is really as bad as it gets. WR's are wide open everyone in the mid-range routes. D-line can't get pressure or close holes. LB's seem to be out of position on most plays. DB's are bouncing off runners. There's really no explanation for how complete this defensive breakdown is.

I haven't bought a jersey in over 10 years...I think I may buy a Moorman.

Defense isn't just bad, it's embarrassing. Why are they able to run screen after screen with nobody with 10 yards of the receiver? Not to mention the whole team seems to be unable to tackle today.
