  1. Their running game hasn't been very effective, but they have actually had more running plays than the Bills. They are smart in that they don't give up on the run, even though they really don't rack up the yards. Plus, Benson is now fully healthy, and I think we will see more of him in this game (not that I think that will give them more yards per rush, but it will keep their RB's fresh). Especially playing against a team who has shown a weakness against the run, I doubt we see a pass happy bears team. They will still run plenty.
  2. The Bears too. --Daquixerereseres--
  3. It's actually a remake of an old TV show, but you don't have to have seen/liked the old one to watch the new. I watched the first season not too long ago and really enjoyed it, and I'm not one of those automatically like anything space related people. Pretty good storylines, acting could be better overall, but it's on par with most TV shows. Worth checking out. I'll be getting the second season whenever all the episodes come out. They split it up this year and released the first half of the season in one set and waited for the second half. I haven't looked in a while, but it should be out right about now.
  4. But again, that works both ways.
  5. I was about to say the same thing. I don't think having a coach and player who haven't been with the team in years really matters much at all. Not any more than say R. Brown or Rusty will help the Bears this weekend. Jauron being in their division last year is a little bit of a help though. At least he's used to gameplanning for them.
  6. Did everyone watch the same Minnesota game that I did? We did only win by less than a TD, right? We were a dropped pass from losing...right? It was a great game, I loved it, but how did it turn into a dominating performance in less than a week?
  7. I don't think he was trying to pawn it off as his own, hence the seperation of what what his and what wasn't. Though a link certainly should have been provided.
  8. Why do you see them only passing?
  9. So if we can just ignore our two losses, and ignore the Bears win at Detoit, really...these teams are exactly the same.
  10. I agree many people don't really know the difference. Every time I where my Spikes Authentic I have multiple people coming up to tell me how awsome it is (even non-Bills fans). Authentic are great, just sooooo damn expensive.
  11. I think it's funny when people keep posting about how nobody should care what someone else thinks about the things they like. Obvious example: Bills fans shouldn't care about what the rest of the country/reporters think about the Bills. Another example: People who like the power rankings shouldn't care what some loudmouth posters on a message board think about the rankings.
  12. It's there. Right under Chicago Bears Radio Network.
  13. What exactly do past Chicago teams (20 years past for that matter) have to do with this game? I keep hearing this...over and over. "These aren't the 85 Bears!" Well no sh--! Again, what does that have to do with Sunday? We are still talking about one of the best defenses in the league, at home, against a young QB with a weak OLine who has shown that he will turn the ball over when pressured (no matter whose fault the pressure may be). Yes, our defense is showing speed, talent, and heart, but their offense is no slouch either. No, these aren't the 85 Bears, but we're not the early 90's Bills either. I hope the Bills win, and I'll be watching and cheering my team on this Sunday, but I don't understand why people feel that they have to overlook the facts of these two teams in order to be better fans and hope the Bills will win.
  14. Doesn't that work both ways?
  15. One thing I've learned about TBD...when someone needs a fact to make their case, they make one up. Works too, because most of us are too lazy to look things up.
  16. Oddly enough, not everyone that replied in the thread about LOST.
  17. And he can be whatever he wants to be when he grows up, if he just believes... I agree that it wouldn't be a bad move for most teams, but not so much for the Bills. He wouldn't even be able to fill in dime sitations here. Unless he was willing to sign to practice sqad (pretty far fetched) he would be a waste of a roster spot for the year. But I do agree that if any team is willing to give him time and see if he is coachable, it would be a risk worth taking.
  18. It's all out there.
  19. McGahee quote: I give McGahee a lot of credit. I half defended his "whiff" last week and said it was a tough block, but he needed to make it reguardless. Hopefully he went back to practice and starting learning from his mistakes. Surprisingly, at least to me, he seemed to make strides after just one week. Honestly, I think he just realized how his lack of blocking affected the game and got it though his head what needed to be done. Anway....good job Willis. Keep it up!
  20. Perhaps it's just because I'm more used to it, but I really can't wait until next week when we suck again and have no buisness even playing pro football against the rest of the NFL and should just move the team now and save the embarrasment.
  21. Don't know and don't know.
  22. Yes, because since he didn't live up to his 1st round billing on his first team (which has been declining for years), he is obviously worthless and will never be any good for any team at any position on the depth chart.
  23. I have McNabb and he pulled in 29 points for me! Holy crap! BTW, I take QB's late and I got him in the 8th round. He was the top scorer in my league before this week, now he's far and away.
  24. I agree. And with that, I would say push back, get that letter out of your record, and screw anyone you can on your way out. But I'm a vindicitive SOB, so you may want to go your own way.
