  1. NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! (sorry, busy week, just now finally had time to watch it) NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
  2. It is, I thought the reference was obvious. Since Jim Kelly mentioned possibly wanting to be involved with the Bills in the future, obviously Marv is focusing on Pittman in the draft.
  3. Why does everything have to be so over complicated??? You want to take Willis out of his natural position....the position he is most certainly going to play for his whole career....and stunt his growth in that position, just because he is a rookie. Why? By his own admission Crowell has, can, and will make the calls no matter what position he is at. If Willis is drafted he needs to play HIS position. Rookie MLB's come in the league all the time, and teams that need them use them there. We are no different.
  4. What's going to happen draft day: WE PICKED WHO? MARV!!!!!! STUPID, OLD, WHO THE IS THIS GUY!!!!!! /board crashes
  5. I think I've only seen one of those, but I believe the point is "The state of the XXXX". It's not just about the draft, it's about what they've done in the off-season, what they did right and wrong last year and what they need to improve, and also what they might do in the draft.
  6. Okay, something that never makes sense to me. Why is the MLB the ONLY guy on the field that calls the plays and makes adjustments????? Easy answer....he isn't. Crowell can do it from the middle or outside. Willis will be able to learn, play, and adjust to the position before he becomes the go to guy directing the defense.
  7. I'm hoping Jax is in the first couple weeks. I'll be in the panhandle during until the 21st of September and that will be the only game I'll be able to get to this year.
  8. Oh great....Bills/Dallas on national TV at night. Nothing can go wrong there.
  9. Thanks Clump. Hard to believe we still have that much money left!
  10. In my opinion, that's a perfect draft for us.
  11. I really don't like seeing Brown AND Jackson being picked. I think one or the other would be good picks, I'd prefer Jackson at that spot over Brown at his. That second round pick could be used to pick a better RB or even keep the rest of the draft the way it is and go best available player with the second pick. Either way, other than that I like the results.
  12. I never saw that one, but I remember Spy Hunter being buried in one version.
  13. Yeah, but combine that with mis-spelling of another word, no caps, and "2", and I think the end of the work is just over the horizon.
  14. Yep. I don't know, I think it's pretty obviously a translation mistake.
  15. Thanks. Funny, I never would have thought to look in Clayton's blog for inside info.
  16. This is the Patriots we're talking about. They'll get whatever they're asking for, come out squeaky clean in the end with plenty of stockpiled draft picks next year. Is there really any doubt?
  17. My initial thought is the trailer will be better than the movie, but having WETA workshop working on it is impressive.
  18. Okay, I'm just going to ignore the absolute stupidity that it took to actually post that, and say instead...if you hate the show so much, stop posting on the board........I mean thread.
  19. He's got ya there.
  20. Ummm...yeah. Probably the most impressive clip in that video was a run against Chicago with 4:20 to go in the 1st quarter. He broke two tackles, beat people to the outside, stiff armed a guy to the ground, and then drug a guy about another 10 yards down field before going down!
  21. Atlanta has a bunch of holes. How much was given up in the trade?
  22. I was thinking of posting the same thing while reading the post above yours!!
  23. Well, I think you can rest easy. There simply isn't enough room on the roster to devote day 1 on primarily secondary. Not even in an effort to get youth on the team, since that's already accomplished. Yes, we drafted Youboty last year, but the problem is our group of CB's on the whole just aren't that great. I think Youboty will do well in the cover 2, but McGee has looked pretty bad and Thomas is a nickel CB at best. Just because we drafted a replacement for Nate last year doesn't mean we have no need for another CB. Let me put it this way, we brought in a DT in FA and drafted two more including one in the first round. We brought in a late pick who played better than expected on the Oline and brought in two high priced FA's this year. That said, there is absolutely no reason for the Bills to go after any more DT's or Olinemen for at least a year or two...right?? Of course not. Not only is there room for improvement, but who knows how these recent additions will turn out? Even highly valued FA's and draft prospects can crap out, both on the lines and in the secondary. Saying we have no need for a CB just because we drafted one in the 3rd round last year is just grasping at straws to make your point IMO.
